Staff here is very helpful and polite. They want you to get the best fitting shoes that you like and will meet your needs. And will even order the right shoes if that is what you need at no extra cost. Location is easy to get in and out of even in Creve Couer on Olive Blvd... a very busy road. Love this store!!!

Hands down, best experience I've had buying shoes. I wish I remember the amazing gentleman who helped us on Tuesday 8/13 in the afternoon. You helped my 13yo pick the perfect pair of shoes and focused your attention on him, and what he wanted. I will be back to this store for every pair of New Balance I need! Thank you
