“I rented a scooter for a conference. There was a miscommunication on the exact type of scooter that would accommodate my specific needs. I arrived just after closing time Friday evening. I called and left a message, expecting they would reach back during their next normal hours. Instead, I received a response within an hour or two. They replaced the scooter the following day (Saturday no less). They were extremely kind and accommodating. I’m very appreciative of the service I received and would happily recommend them to anyone needing to rent a scooter.”
“This is the place to come for help with mobility chairs, etc!!I needed a new battery installed under my folding power chair. I tried to change it myself but had limited tools and my chair has an extra bar below the battery that was not shown in the instruction photo. That severely limited the space to work in & the space to slide the battery out.I finally sought help. Google listed 3 places near me. I was going to try a place in West county but looked at the 3 places one more time and read the reviews.Reviews of Med X Change were too good to ignor pass up. And they were completely deserved!We dropped off the chair. The service man met us outside & brought my chair in. He suggested we go for coffee since it would take about 15-20 minutes.We get back & he came wheeling it out all fixed with the new battery installed. They had even checked the charge & said it was fully charged.And they didn't even charge me !!!!!This is my new favorite place for mobility help.Really great people! Thank you guys!”

She went above and beyond on helping me find a scrub shirt that was out of stock at this location.She called many other locations for me and was able to find me the scrub top that I needed. She also communicated with me through text to let me know what store she was able to find the top at and when it would be delivered to my house. She was so very helpful and very friendly. “I was having a hard time when I went into Medical West Healthcare Center on Brentwood. I spoke on the phone several times with Mark Rice who was very helpful and held for pickup some things I needed. Jay Burstein was terrific when I went in. Cannot say enough about Jay who spent a good amount of time with me and ordered more supplies my husband needed. He also explained so much. I walked out feeling much more at ease.
