This place is great. Buying a vehicle couldn’t be easier. Jason is great to work with. I’ve bought a few vehicles from Jason and I won’t look elsewhere. Mike and Rob are great on the extended warranty, etc.

Got BMW from them last week.I really Love the car and process.Just talked to Manager Jimmy he’s a great guy helped me in a process and resolving minor issues.I always look to Plaza Auto group for my home vehicles.

Jason, Jenna, and the staff are all amazing. We have owned 6 Range Rovers over the years and the service has always been a positive experience. The work that needed to be completed on our Range was fully disclosed and honest. My experience was top notch, as always.

60K service. Pretty expensive and had to bring the car back because the technician failed to reconnect a part of the induction and intercooler disconnected during the service.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for. You can’t purchase a high end luxury vehicle and then scrimp on the maintenance. My Service Advisor was superb.

My first problem is I have a 2019 discovery. I have paid for all four of my windows I have had poor customer service from this location. I waited two weeks to get an answer back from you guys about the window situation. Couldn’t wait no longer went to go get my core. They brought me my car. They had a flat and then they fixed the flat or whatever was wrong with the tire, nothing wrong with it then they give me my car back. I get two blocks away from the dealer and my car stop on bring it back. They gave me alone core while waiting for them to correct whatever problem it was they gave me a service choice for something that I didn’t OK something that I didn’t understand still don’t understand why I had to pay Extra $400 for something that they said was fixed. Just had poor customer service all the way around Danny the service manager. I have to admit he did all he can but when he left back to bad customer service.
