As you can see from the other reviews, the service at this place is pretty abysmal. I had a similar experience.I went in for a blood draw on 1/17. After 'checking in' with their tablet I patiently waited for my turn to be seen by one of the professionals. After several minutes a gruff worker opened up the sliding glass window to speak to me, and asked if I'd checked in successfully - I stated yes. She reviewed it in her system, and said 'no you ain't!'. Then closed the window.Perplexed by the rudeness, I went over and tried again. My name popped up in the system again successfully. I tapped on the glass asking for her to confirm - again a rude response stating no I wasn't. Finally another worker came out, and saw me back.I provided the blood draw. Now 5 days later no one at Labcorp can find my sample. Pretty amazingly bad service - find another provider.

Incredibly kind women working there. I did not have an appointment and I was in and out in 15 minutes!

I was in and out quickly, which was nice. However, the tech was pretty rough. My whole arm hurts 5 days later and I have a fist sized bruise where she stuck the needle. Never had a reaction like this from a blood draw.

The gentleman who drew my blood was very rude and disrespectful. He ignored me, then rushed me through the process, all the while making very strange jokes about my fear of needles. There used to be several friendly ladies working there. What a stressful experience, I will never again choose this particular location! Please teach your phlebotomist to be friendly and to take his time.

This has turned me off of Labcrop - and I will be going to another lab, regardless of what my doctor's office uses or if there's any other out of pocket cost.I made an appointment at 10:30AM for a gestational diabetes test (1 hour glucose). I was instructed to take the drink at home, go to the lab and have blood drawn. I arrived at 10:25AM, there was nobody at the window just a tablet to check in. It did not ask if I had an appointment - I figured it would link my data. My name appeared twice on the screen. I went back over and tried checking in again this time scanning a QR code, and got checked in. Despite my appointment - every walk in was taken back before me. I tried to speak to a tech when he came out to grab a client (as there was no one manning the window). He completely ignored me and continued calling his client. I tried to tell him my test was time sensitive and he didn't even acknowledge me once. Another tech came out and I stopped her and told her I had an appointment and have been over looked. She went back to verify and said I was correct and took me back - only to be turned away because too much time had passed between when I finished my drink and when they finally got me back.I also tried to call to speak to someone - and there was no answer. I will not be returning - even if it will cost me. This service is horrible.

My husband and I have gotten blood drawn on separate occasions and we had the same experience with the woman who draw out blood, my husband has a bruise on his arm from her being so fast and forcefully shoving the needle on his arm. She moves too fast, she’s rude and don’t even make eye contact with you be hurting you! Getting blood drawn shouldn’t feel painful to the point where it actually hurts. I’ve got my blood drawn from many people , but with her… it hurts because she forcefully shoves the needle in

They only got part of the labs although I told technician and we confirmed all that was needed. Technicians also have an attitude there. Avoid if you can.

The girl that drew my blood was very rude. I don’t think she said one word to me. I almost got up and walked out. I went there a year ago and the man was so pleasant. What happen to this place????

Trash customer service. Rude and unpleasant. This is my 3rd time coming here and the women here have horrible communication skills.

Not a good experience, will never go back again. The one guy was rude and unwilling to help. Would not recommend this place at all. No one answers the phone either.

Horrible service, I was sent to this location for a diagnostics exam and they intentionally kept me waiting while they call in three people who came in after me.

The check in system is really cool and fast. But the employee is really rude. When I ask question, they seems do not want to listen and answer at all. The worst experience.

Went there first thing in the morning at 8am, no one else there, quick check-in and could directly walk through to the patient room. Quick in and out in under 10 min, nice!!!

I am not going to go into a long detailed story but I won't be back to this location ever again. If you want to be spoken to with kindness and respect this is not the place for you either
