“The male manager was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We decided to stay and look around. We ended up getting help from another employee, Justine, who was great! She let us sample a variety of olive oils and balsamics (with different flavors and countries of origin). She was very friendly and knowledgeable.We bought some bottles (including a house brand, which you can take back your bottle and have them refill for a lower cost). Overall, good products that we've used in several recipes, better than grocery store brands.”
“Very cute zero waste refill shop. By shopping here you’re making a sustainable swap & helping the environment! Some of my favorite items are their refillable multi surface cleaner (smells so good), refillable dish washer pods, and their shampoo and conditioner bars.Additionally, they have a large selection of sustainably made makeup items, kitchen items, bathroom items, and compost starters. They’ve even partnered with a few vintage stores and have vintage clothes & household trinkets, so there’s something for everyone!”
“When I was unable to get the job done locally, I made the drive down to Fenton. My salesperson Tandra took care of what I needed and got me exactly what I wanted and a great installer. The owner Austin came out met me and shook my hand and let me know I was at the right place. The installation is complete and the job couldn't be any nicer everybody did a first class job don't hesitate to go and see these folks they're going to get you taken care of the right way please ask for Tandra she will have amazing attention to detail and get you what you need!!”
“My husband and I had a great experience at Absolute recently for our outdoor kitchen. Everyone from the sales team to the install team were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Our installation actually happened earlier than scheduled, which was amazing. I felt like the pricing was transparent, which was different than previous experiences at granite/marble places. “This place is a SCORE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!Had been patiently searching for a new bathroom vanity, maybe two…..Had been to ALL the main big box stores, to find junk, junk and junk. Was looking for a quality cabinet that would stand up to the test of time.Nearly the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a young man named Jason. Pleasant for sure, but a man that knew his stuff, and details of the choices within. He left me wander and within minutes I found the perfect vanity, quality AND color choices, sink choices too!Got everything I wanted in perhaps 30 minutes, start to finish. Okay, so the color choice or model I ordered needed to be ordered, I was more then happy to wait the mere 3 weeks to get it, allowing me ample prep time.I also would like to add, I called up there about 2 hours later, Jason had gone to lunch, so I spoke with Scott.I’m here to tell you his knowledge and ability to answer my question was commendable too!!I would be sure those 2 work well together as I could surely tellthey shared the same goal of excellent customer service!! Several years ago I needed to get tile to complete our bathroom remodel. My husband was out of town so I went to The Tile Shop who explained how to tile my bathroom. They even let me bring in tiles I had marked and cut them with their wet saw. It took a few trips back and forth but I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service.
This time I’m just picking out my tile but still a great experience.”
