Horrible experience, I can't believe any company in America has this awful, disrespectful customer service. I went into the shop and could not even explain what I am sending to the employee. He kept interrupting me and he was so angry and rushing as if I was costing him a billion dollars for each second I talk. He did not agree to help me or even listen to me and I went directly to drive another 19 mins to DHL in Hazelwood and they were glad to help and ship my package. I wish I never even entered this place!

Just left fed ex on Olive next to batteries and bulbs. Walked in older man at desk acted like he didn't even see me I stood there finally he came over and the phone rang instead of say can I help you he got on the phone like I was invisible. Left me standing thereI was thinking something is wrong here.Finally the manager Zac came over and helped me. When the older man got off phone didn't say sorry just walked away. What is wrong with people maybe he doesn't wait on African American customers.

Zac and Dave are great as are the other employees. They do all my color printing. I used to work at a similar place called PostNet. And it is hard to be on your game all day every day. And with work force shortages I feel they do a great job!! Thanks guys.

The staff member who helped me was so friendly and kind! I enjoyed my visit for the chat more than posting my packages. I probably took too much of his time, but I learned a new thing. I can send a package and have it held at a FedEx location near the shipping address. I never knew!
