Dropped off a package for a trade-in, they taped it up and put the label on it. Then printed off some documents, very helpful staff.

The employee was very polite, helpful, and professional. I'm sure the rest of the staff is the same and this review in no way is a reflection of the staff.
However, having a shipping store that can't accept a package with a lithium ion battery inside is absolutely ridiculous (UPS store took one from me before stopping by). I seriously can only drop this off at the main hub!?!?!? Get it together fedex, your company is becoming more like the USPS by the day (not going to get into the business related problems I've been encountering lately). Will be requesting UPS next time I return an online purchase.

My return package has gotten lost AGAIN using Fedex. I dropped it off at the Fedex creve coeur location on N Ballas. They refused to give me a NEW tracking number. I was told to use the number on the box. This was April 11,202. It was picked up the next day. It has been at the Earth City location for the last 15 days according to them. They said to call AT&T to file a claim for the product. As if that's suppose to satisfy and justify their CONSTANT misplacing package. It's time for Fedex and other delivery services to give accountability for CONSISTENT mishandling of packages. They must pay for loosing items that can't be replaced. It's not always the $$ value. They MUST BE HELD RELIABLE FOR THEIR WORKERS.

love love love this FedEx Office!!! Jordan is amazing! I feel so welcome every time I go in, and they bust my order out insanely fast. This time around I finalized my updated menu sign print literally last minute (Easter Sunday) so I went in the following day 4/1 needing a poster print menu to use on 4/2. They got it done same day 2 hours earlier than expected ? I highly recommend this location, to do a self made custom print the process now involves emailing it to FedEx (the staff will assist) but to be safe bring your file(s) in on a thumb drive just in case. Thank you!!!!? I won't go anywhere else for printing!

Thanks to a beautiful lady named Tynesha. I had the single best experience in any Fed Ex or UPS.It was 830 in the morning and she was cracking jokes. What a employee. She should be running the place. Not just the store. The company. Ownership mentality. She said that she tries to uplift people. I explained my poor experience at USPS the other day. We had a laugh.Great job Tynesha. I will be back.

I went here yesterday and the older lady working there was a bit rude, short and rushy. Not sure if she was having a bad day? Hurting? Or just ready to go home? Despite the fact, I was very pleasant to her. Every other time I’ve gone the service has been nice.

A big shout out to Christopher and to Jordan!!I don’t do very many reviews in this overly surveing world that we live in but their service was exceptional! Dropped on late Friday a pamphlet that needed to be completed and they had it done Saturday and exceeded expectations. They called and communicated the status twice along the way, and did everything cost effectively and with great professionalism and courtesy and confidence !

I have had nothing but positive experiences here but my most recent time really was the cherry on top!! I came in with a complicated and SUPER last minute project to print square business cards. Jordan was SO helpful-- I mean I've never met a more helpful sales associate. He was so kind and patient with me even though I had no idea how to work the FedEx website and send in a custom order. He walked me through the website, printing, and cutting out uniquely shaped business cards. He also explained everything as he helped me. I'm doing this a day and a half before I needed them and he was so understanding about it and helpful!! FedEx has been hands down my favorite shipping and printing service company and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Jordan and FedEx!!

I was waited on by Tracey and she stopped work on a huge job and was able to take my flash drive and print two color copies on 24lb paper. Her store is close to my house and convenient. I returned later to print two more simple pages. I'm a graphic designer and they are very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Tracey for your assistance!
