Walked in with two broken dryers. Walked out 5 mins later with two working dryers! I own a hair salon and I can’t make money if I don’t have working tools. Cory saved the day! I have a Dyson 11 whose trigger went out. Took it there and before I could finish reading an email, he had it replaced and ready for me to pay and be on my way. Incredibly fast service.

Absolutely atrocious customer service! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 50 years ever! They lie to you and absolutely do not follow through on what they tell you they are going to do. We have been trying to get a new vacuum replaced/repared for nearly 3 months now. It was defective from the factory. They keep telling us they cannot get the part we need Now, they have told us to send the machine in and said they would expedite sending us a new one in return. My wife called today and they’re telling us now it’s going to be 15 days. So basically we have a brand new machine that we’re not going to see for possibly three more weeks. Dyson is a piss poor company and I would never ever recommend anyone buying something from them. I would give them a zero if it were possible.

Went in and got the head of my dyson looked at and serviced promptly! The lady helped me out with my problem and checked on what I was wanting checked on and had the head of my Dyson sweeper ready to go with no issues?

Brought in a Dyson Supersonic dryer for repair due to heat source not working. To find out the motor is shot and there’s no way to fix. Dyson does NOT stand behind their product. They offered a 15% discount on a new one - to just push more product that they can’t stand by? Dryer was 2-3 years old and not used regularly. Tried to order a refurbished and Dyson.combat in stock but not “their” warehouse. Overall very disappointed when you spend this kind of money on a product.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dyson. There was a problem with my fan/air purifier. I contacted Dyson Corp and they immediately said to send the machine back. After a few weeks I received a new unit.
I will definitely purchase from Dyson again. Fast, competent, courteous service. Thank you so much for being an honest trustworthy company!

I wanted to buy a filter for my dyson fan . Didn't like the price was about 80$ but was willing to live with that . It was the what's your phone number , address, email , name etc to make a account. I wanted a filter. Not to become a marketing tool for them to sell . I have a vacuum and fan . Paid alot for the things never again though . You def lost a cust . Good day !

I have called 8 times during business hours today. Nobody answers the phone. Phone rings and rings then hangs up. Very poor customer service. I sent an email for them to call me. No return call.

It was closed at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday. After lunch hours before closing, it was just straight up dark inside the store. No note, no explanation, and no employees.

I am having issues with my dyson v11 vacuum showing "Filter Not Sealed". Dyson customer service sent me a replacement filter and I am still having the same issue. The next step they provided was to call my local service center and provided me with your number. I've tried calling multiple times over multiple days and can not get anyone to answer the phone. Is there a better way to contact someone?

I was able to take my broken 5 year old Dyson upright in without an appointment. After 5 minutes in the back, it was returned to me fixed with a new replacement part covered by the warranty. GREAT SERVICE!!
