I had purchased knives & other cooking utensils from Julia Brown! She was super awesome. I'm very glad I had bought the knives, it was a healthy push for me to learn how to cook more & they're very high quality. Can't wait to upgrade. Thanks Julia!

Knives are good. Customer service is poor
Had my pocket knife sharpened. So they had to send it back to the factory for that to be done. Apparently 5 days ago they got my knife back from the factory. According to the store they tried called but their phones didn’t work and couldn’t call. Email??? Use a cell phone?? There were options but they chose to just sit on it and not notify me.
I called customer service. They didn’t care either. Not sure why I would continue to spend so much on knifes with this customer service.

Great that this location sharpens knives, if you can get in the store. Dropped by during business hours at 1:30 pm and stores hours listed on door open to 7 pm but had temp sign on door saying come back at 2 pm. Not a good business practice to be open but not really be open.

Cutco has a cool store and amazing top quality products. They have any and all kind of kitchen supplies from seasonings to knives.They also offerer in house sharpening, watch out it is easy to cut yourself.

Check out this before and after shot. I've used this knife daily for decades and it has never disappointed. Of course I've used the lifetime free sharpening but living so close to this store has made that simple. I highly recommend to anyone looking for their lifetime knife collection. I have 20+ Cutco items and they all exceed expectations!

I took my chef's knife in 7 days ago to the Cutco Creve Coeur store and had not heard anything from the store or the factory, though I was given the information to check on its progress. I was told it would take 7-10 days for it to be sent out to the factory. that seemed long, but they did need to ship it. I sent a note to the factory today and they said they haven't even seen the knife yet. They contacted the store and gave me the UPS tracking number. UPS Tracking shows the knife will not arrive at the factory until MAYBE tomorrow. Then it will have to be sent back to the store. Not very good customer service somewhere. In the meantime, I took another knife to a wonderful sharpener on The Hill and they sharpened it within 20 minutes. I will not likely buy another Cutco product because the FREE sharpening means nothing, at least to me.

Amazingly they had snow shovels in stock in a snowstorm! Seemed to be due to timely supply truck delivery. In general it is a well stocked neighborhood hardware store.

Well, my goodness. I can't say enough about the kindness and help that we received at the Olive Street store! Carol Simpson was an absolute doll! Customer Service exists!!! Not only do you get free knife sharpening (and Carol was so conscientious in helping with ours), they also have lots of cool new products. Carol answered almost a million questions and gave me hope that customer service is not dead. What a great experience!!! A 10!!!!

Do not know if the employee is new however, what I just experience was the worst customer service. The store had almost no gift sets in stock and I had to keep walking around asking if this one was in stock or not. For her to sit behind the desk and tell me yes or no. I feel as the worker should have gotten up or told me in advanced after the 3rd time of me asking which sets were in stock instead of wasting my time. Date of visit 05/25/2022 around 5:30pm
