“The store is clean. Absolutely no clutter on the floors and counter tops. Merchandise orderly stacked, Womans restroom clean and soap dispenser full and paper towel s as well . Great reason to stop and shop!”
“I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. At any rate, no complaints from me!”

“I've been filling RXs here for years, but most recently have had a really complicated experience with my mother's medication. 5 stars for this pharmacy- I've had to deal with many lately and this is the only one where I can call and reach a real person who actually helps me through my insurance and pricing issues with kindness.”
“I would only recommend that the franchise owner update the math room as they would their home to better accommodate the guest he will attract to their establishment being in that location homes nearby are in the 300k-500k range and they will not shop if you don’t keep them there”

“I have been a customer at the Walgreens at Mason and Olive for a long time. It went downhill for a while and the service was not good. I want to say that over the last year the service has improved. The staff has changed. The pharmacy had improved in speed for customers and the staff is more friendly and helpful. The last time I was there in late fall for vaccinations for flu and COVID booster, there was an appropriate wait time and friendly service. I was pleased to see the effort to improve!”

“This gas station is right off 270/olive. It is safe, clean, and the entire area is well lit. I can pay at the pump or go inside for a bevy of snack options, toiletries, or other essentials.”
“Update November 2023: My employer has forced me back to CVS. I’m happy to say things are way better than they were in 2019. Staff is a lot friendly than they were in 2019, and the store is a lot more efficiently run.
Original review from 2019: The pharmacy is horrible. Always a long line. It always takes them several days to fill an RX, even though their website says it will be ready in a couple hours. This place should be shutdown.”

“I am at the CVS Pharmacy in Creve Coeur almost every week. I truly have always been served like family. The pharmacists are always available to me, everyone that works there always remembers me, and no question is too small for them to stop and try to help with. This is a busy location, and I am so grateful for this wonderful staff! I truly am! You all do a wonderful job at making people feel like people instead of just a number or a customer. “2-1-2025. I had my car washed today and as always have received excellent service and meticulous care of my car. Today, their service was above and beyond that what anyone could expect. Mitch, one of the managers came and got me from the inside waiting room to point out that my left front tire was completely flat that I did not realize. Thank goodness he did
because no rim damage had occurred yet.
I then drove to their complimentary air pump where Mitch proceeded to add air to the tire. He then said it was impossible because the valve stem had a severe crack in it.
He then took it upon himself to change my tire to the spare which allowed me to drive it to the dealer. He was very careful and considerate of his care for my car and his customer at all times. This was absolutely service beyond what anyone could expect.
I will continue to have my car beautifully washed and dried for the future at Waterway Carwash of Creve Coeur. An outstanding business with many great employees.”
