“I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. At any rate, no complaints from me!”

“I would only recommend that the franchise owner update the math room as they would their home to better accommodate the guest he will attract to their establishment being in that location homes nearby are in the 300k-500k range and they will not shop if you don’t keep them there”

“I have been a customer at the Walgreens at Mason and Olive for a long time. It went downhill for a while and the service was not good. I want to say that over the last year the service has improved. The staff has changed. The pharmacy had improved in speed for customers and the staff is more friendly and helpful. The last time I was there in late fall for vaccinations for flu and COVID booster, there was an appropriate wait time and friendly service. I was pleased to see the effort to improve!”

“I came today for one specific thing. Pedialyte. I've been having crazy leg cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night. Doc told me Pedialyte would help. I used my last one (powder) Friday. Needed more. Walked into the store. Went down the baby aisle. Employee asked if I needed assistance. I mentioned Pedialyte. He said they didn't have it. I questioned. He laughed. That worked. He showed me where the Pedialyte was. I got what I needed, and it was $1 off. And I got to call him a smarty-pants. Checkout was a breeze. I paid cash, but needed a penny. Cashier had one on her station and contributed to the cause.”

“New to the area and happy to find a 24 hour convenient store open 24 hours 1/2 mile down the road. 3am Easter morning had to make an unusually late stop in and the gentleman working was extremely friendly not crabby and tired, helpful and came in to help me right away while he was in the middle of doing the lot responsibilities outside-- I know from personal experience working 3rd shift at a gas station back in the day that it's hard to find good hard working people to do that shift that actually do the job right and do it with a good attitude. Thanks for pleasant experience. 5 stars would have been for a just as pleasant experience with the day shift gal a few weeks ago but I'm not mad. I'll return :)”

“This review is specifically for your employee Courtney, she was working on the shift on 4/7 around 5:30 PM. Usually when I walk in while it's busy, I'm waiting in line for sometimes up to 10 minutes. Courtney took care of a line of approximately 6 customers by herself in less than 2 minutes. Girl deserves a raise”

“The pharmacist Jeffrey is fantastic and so is the shift manager Jerry. Fantastic customer service and got me in and out despite a huge rush on a Sunday late evening. Keep up the great work!”

“Update November 2023: My employer has forced me back to CVS. I’m happy to say things are way better than they were in 2019. Staff is a lot friendly than they were in 2019, and the store is a lot more efficiently run.

Original review from 2019: The pharmacy is horrible. Always a long line. It always takes them several days to fill an RX, even though their website says it will be ready in a couple hours. This place should be shutdown.”

“I am at the CVS Pharmacy in Creve Coeur almost every week. I truly have always been served like family. The pharmacists are always available to me, everyone that works there always remembers me, and no question is too small for them to stop and try to help with. This is a busy location, and I am so grateful for this wonderful staff! I truly am! You all do a wonderful job at making people feel like people instead of just a number or a customer. My best to you and your families always!!”
