We have had a great experience switching over to State Farm. I love that when we call with questions we get a real person in our local office to help us. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Stefanie about setting up autopay for our accounts; she was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly.

On 9/23/23 my car which was parked in front on my home was totaled by a hit and run driver. I called they dispatched a tow truck, my car was a week later totaled. I had called Shane that was not available but I spoke with Stephanie she’s been so helpful. She helped to get my replacement vehicle insured, kept me informed as to what was going on with the insurance payment, assisted me with the DMV they need specific documentation with notary and she’s been on top of it for me. I just wanted to say she’s been professional, efficient and knowledgeable during my loss of vehicle . Kudos to her. I’m much appreciative of her diligence with my crisis.

I have been a StateFarm customer with Chris Harris for about 9 months. I unfortunately had a total theft claim and the service this team provided me has been exceptional. Specifically Kasi, who has gone above and beyond. When I was getting my rental car, someone at StateFarm HQ had accidentally cancelled the order. Kasi stayed after business hours to call me and make sure I had gotten the car I needed. I would also like to give a shoutout to Chris and Chene who I have worked with in the past - they are great as well.I can't say Corporate StateFarm is worth 5 stars, but the folks in this office are trustworthy, genuinely decent people who truly care about their customers.

My son recommended me to Chene (Shane) at State Farm. He was awesome At finding me the best coverage for my needs. For my home and car He is going to save me $1260 This year. Hes very knowledgeable and kind. And guess what? IF you have a problem You can actually talk to him. Instead of a operator you get at the 1 800 number.
