RIP OFF! Definitely not worth the money. This was honestly one of the worst car washes for the money I have been too in a long time. Complete rip off. Guy also told us no towels, have not had for 2 days. Even asked the guy working at the kiosk on 02/04/2024 if my vehicle looked clean and his response was to buy the better package. Place is terrible.

I had a small door on the back of my fender come off and the manager treated me like I tried to do it! I’m thru with this type of treatment!

Paid almost $20 for a wash after driving through a snowy area. It still has mud and salt in many spots. Not worth it.

Went through the car wash and it stopped mid wash, and took off my bumper!! Staff is no help and very ignorant, trying to blame it on me when my car was in neutral like instructed. This employee sat there eating his cheetos while telling me i cannot have a refund with crumbs falling out of his mouth!

We came by and there happened to be a customer appreciation event going on. We got a WorX carwash for free and they also had snacks and drinks. Everyone was very kind and the car looks new! I will definitely be back.Service: Polishing

I have used this car wash quite a few times since it opened but in my recent visit, my rear windshield was torn off by the wash. Unfortunately, this did happen before at the same car wash (same car Volvo XC90) and I had to replace my entire rear windshield wiper arm. This is the only car wash that I have been to that is so powerful it kills wiper arms. Just be careful!

Great car wash. I have a membership for my two cars and my wife's.We recently moved closer the the Creve Coeur location and noticed the tire shine isn't so great and the dry isn't as strong as the one in Crestwood. We'd love the tire shine to be fixed.But overall happy to be a member.

Disappointing. Very disappointing.I went in with a very dirty car, paid $18, and came out with a slightly dirty car.The problem is that the only person there is someone to take your money. There is no one there to peer spray the car to get the really dirty bits off (like the tire rims) and there is no one to dry the car with towels after so the car is left with spots where the water hadn’t dried in the wash.For that price the competition has people making sure the cars are cleaned properly.
