I needed a battery replaced on my phone. They didn't have it in stock but the guy on the phone ordered it, then called me when the battery arrived. Within 2 days they had resolved my phone issue. They fixed my phone in under an hour once it was dropped off for service. I highly recommend this place. Always friendly and kind!

They've made me a key fob that shut down the electrical system on my jeep. They've replaced my screen/battery on my phone and didn't get that right. When I had them try again THEY BRICKED MY PHONE! Then they issued my refund, for screen and battery only, to someone other than me and advised the cardholder that I should just get my carrier to give me a trade in.

I’m so happy I found Batteries +! Their staff knows everything they have in stock every time I’ve been there. They know right where things are, and can help you find what you need easily. They can even help you at the register by saying I think you really want a different battery than what you yourself may have picked out when you tell them what they’re for. I was happy to learn they also do car batteries. I believe this is a store that can be trusted.

I went in for a watch battery replacement for my Seiko quartz watch. It was done in 5 mins for $15 ($21 for lifetime replacements). Perfect!

I almost went to Auto Zone (which I have not had many good experiences with in the past) — and I’m very glad I came to BatteriesPlus instead. I ordered my battery online Friday night and went there Saturday morning where Doug installed it for me. He was very courteous. I felt I came to a business that cares about me as a person, plus I got the best price possible on a new battery. I highly recommend Batteries Plus and especially this location in Creve Coeur.

Went with mom to test some flashlights and their batteries. They offer battery voltage testing and will see what you need to replace. They have good deals on 12 packs of batteries, too. They have a nice range of flashlight bulbs. Troy and Doug offered wonderful personalized service. Would definitely go back for charging accessories, phone, accessories, or specialized lightbulbs.

Yesterday I found myself in a desperate situation after I'd dropped my phone for what I assumed was the last time. Not only was the screen already cracked, now it was even more cracked and the display appeared to be damaged. I had no idea what to do because typically in the past I'd have time to wait until I could afford to buy a new one and replace it. Now I had neither time nor the money so I was panicking.After a quick google search for places that do cell phone repair, I found the link to this location's website and saw that they offer free diagnostics and so I set up an appointment for the next day.I came in this morning and the older gentleman who spoke to me was professional, kind and patient which is not something I've come to expect from this type of business or similar(mechanics, hardware stores etc.).Needless to say my phone is back in my hands for less than I would have paid for a new/used iphone, and it was all done within a couple of hours. I was even surprised they were able to fit me in on a Friday. For me and my current situation this experience was a life saver. I'm really glad I chose this location and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to the staff here!side note: I wish I would have taken before and after pics. It's in better condition than I left it in with them that's for sure.

Staff very knowledgeable. They have every kind of battery you would ever need. The dealership wanted 120.00 to replace battery. I got 2 batteries for $10 and they put it in for me.
