“I've been with ABECU since the late 70's. I was looking on Google for a branch location and saw some disturbing reviews. I started reading them and couldn't believe it. One person posted several reviews that were ridiculous. He's blaming the lender for a bad car he bought? Since when does the lender become responsible for your purchase? That's the dealership. Others blame them for bad service. I've never had a bad experience. Never. Had many car loans and a credit card over the years. My guess is that if you are a good customer and pay your bills you will have no complaints ?”
“Except for paying for safety deposit boxes, which can not be done through the customer service center, my experiences have most all been good. To get a branch employee on the phone is difficult so i can not even find out if i can pay with a card over the phone. Annoying.”

I would never guess this was a big international bank with the way I am treated by Richard and Enamul (branch manager and senior banker). I feel like it's a hometown local bank but with major bank resources and good online resources.
