I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my boyfriend and I received at Audi Creve Coeur, particularly from a saleswoman named Sofia. My boyfriend contacted the dealership to inquire about purchasing an Audi, and from the start, Sofia was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Her unfiltered and dismissive comments were shocking, and I overheard the entire interaction. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way, especially when you expect a level of professionalism from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Audi.
This experience has left a terrible impression on us both, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle things after the sale.

Really like the new facility. The customer waiting area was clean and well stocked with snacks and beverages. Brent was very professional, explained the whole process and made it a great experience.

Long overdue review. I purchased my used A5 back in March 2024. At the time, there wasn't one on the lot that met my requirements in terms of price and options. Thanks to Eric and Nick for finding me the car and making the buying experience enjoyable.

They make ‘waiting’ at a dealership pleasant! The area is always clean, small amenities provided ( water, soda, snacks), and well distanced during this pandemic

This place is a joke. Carissa is a real Karen and David the gm is no better. No lie Brent was awesome and he deserves a better team. This place always trying to rip ppl off. I got a leak fixed not long after I had another leak but when I originally brought the car in they said it only had one issue. It went from that to 5 within the time I came back for my next oil change! They didn't want to resolve the issue they wanted to place blame and called me a lier. Brent cleared up everything in 5 mins when I had a dog fight with carrisa for an hour and got nowhere. I feel Discriminated against and now I have a very bad taste in my mouth for the Audi brand. Ppl like Brent are the reason I still have faith. Creve Coeur gm David is a good example of a man with nuts for brains.

2018 Audi S5 Prestige. 112k miles just out of the shop in December $10k bill. This time they say the camshafts need to be replaced oh wait no the engine needs to be replaced. $33,117 was quoted for am what I believe is a still new car. Maybe not Audi Creve Coeur issue but definitely Audi. We can’t afford that repair so we picked it up and the service rep was pretty rude about us picking it up. My wife said we are done with Audi. My A6 is great but looks like no more Audi’s in our future.

Great experience! Sean Borg was our main contact and sales person. He was absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, straight forward and very easy to work with. This was really one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had. Very laid back process, no gimmicks or nonsense like some dealerships, The Audi Plaza team all did great in making this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Sean and the rest of the team. They are truly doing a great job! Keep up the great work.
