I called Saturday following Thanksgiving, at 11am. Was told ETA was 12:20pm.1:40 got an eta of 3:30 by text....maybe because of Holiday weekend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a AAA customer with another Agency in Arnold, MO. Due to work schedule and 270 traffic, I have been unable to go into my agency and have pictures taken of my car to add full coverage to it. This office is close to where I work so I went in to have pictures taken by a AAA employee. I was greeted by Drew M. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, stating that they don't usually do work for other agencies and that he does not service existing policies because he only gets commission from new business and he only services those. I asked him a questions about depreciation on my car due to a dent and he said he couldn't answer it because he was not my agent. My Agent or not, he should know AAA's policy because he works there. Good luck in the insurance selling industry with that attitude. I am GLAD you are not my agent.

Absolute worst experience with this company. Terable customer service, mangment was complete trash. The scamest company to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them to a single person.

Had a little bit of trouble getting them to print the correct documents out for me talk to one of the other associates and they were magically able to get it printed for me
