I called Saturday following Thanksgiving, at 11am. Was told ETA was 12:20pm.1:40 got an eta of 3:30 by text....maybe because of Holiday weekend

Had a little bit of trouble getting them to print the correct documents out for me talk to one of the other associates and they were magically able to get it printed for me
