“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

“This was my first encounter with this place of business. I rented a U-Haul and dolly from them. Wow, I really was impressed by their friendliness, promptness, and organization. The process of picking up and returning the U-Haul was seamless. Unlike other locations, they don't charge an after hours drop off fee which really comes in handy. The U-Haul was very clean on the inside and well maintained.
When I walked into the establishment, I was in awe of all the award plaques they had hanging on the wall. For years they have been receiving awards for being some fantastic U-Haul service providers. They don't just offer this service but they also sell different auto supplies and some free snacks (lol).
I had reserved my U-Haul on a Sunday and was scheduled to pick it up at 12. They close at 12pm on Sunday's and it impressed me that they didn't grunt or moan about staying past 12 to make sure I received my reservation. I of course was on time to pick it up but the processes to get the keys took a few extra minutes.
I reserved the smaller of the moving trucks which didn't include a ramp. That was no big deal at all. I appreciated the fact that they offered all 3 sizes of trucks. I also rented the appliance dolly which was in great shape. I was moving a sofa sleeper from one location to another. At the time of picking up the truck, they had already loaded the dolly into the back of it for convenience. I can't say how well the dolly works because I ended up not needing to use it, but it seemed like it was strong and sturdy.
I will be using them again for future purposes.”

“My wife had a bad accident on Lemay Ferry 7 October. Miners showed up very quickly. Loaded all three vehicles, cleaned up all debris. The guys were so respectful and kind to all the vehicle owners. We went the next day to collect plates and personal affects. Again, they were so kind. The guys even removed the plates for us. I can’t say how much we appreciate Miners for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Zach and the guys!”

“My insurance company supplied the names of three auto body locations. I am so happy I chose Schaefer in Fenton, MO. The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. Bailey (my contact) was very helpful, kept me aware of the progress in a timely manner, and was quick to return my calls. What I really loved about the experience was the knowledge level and resourcefulness of the employees. Daniel looked at my car and knew the equipment he had would not get the job done. “Quite pleased with the service overall, but there was one issue. I was told to expect my car to be ready for pickup early in the week of November 11. After that, I got a call that the repair was less extensive than first believed, but that it would only shave off one day from the wait time. I rearranged many meetings in my work schedule and my wife took time off of her job so I could drive her car. Then the very next day, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. Again, grateful for the quick turnaround... but the estimated repair time upended many aspects of my life only to find that it wasn't necessary.”
