It’s disappointing when you are looking for clothes and need to try them on and the place doesn’t have a fitting room.

They need to fix that entrance door. As soon as I was trying to leave savers the door closed on me and it hit my arm and now the door won't close. I'm not injured.

No fitting rooms. Clothes are WAY too expensive considering they’ve been donated.

Called to see if had a crockpot as I'm in town for a limited time, rep was rude and couldn't check for me. Lots of other shops have checked and let me know this one wouldn't. Very poor customer service

I always worry if my donations are something that they want or if it's just junk, but Everytime the donation center workers are friendly and simply take what I have. I really appreciate how fast and stress free they make it, and I hope my junk makes them lots of money!

Was in line waiting for them to unlock the door at 10 a.m. at 10:05 I called the store and said would you mind opening the door?
The lady that answered said she was trying to get Natasha up here I said ok thanks.
A few minutes later a a heavy set woman came up and unlocked the door , But, with a bad attitude and she said I’m not a supervisor or manager.
Go to Ellisville Missouri savers instead they open the doors at 9:30 on Tuesdays for the senior discount days and they’re always very polite and helpful

I love savers! I never bring enough money! Ha!
They do hire special needs people. Please keep this in mind when conversing with some employees! I'm ONLY saying this because some of them are not great at helping or only know their job. Please be patient! Some are nuero-typical some are not!
The employees are always nice!
Sometimes items get placed in the wrong place but no big deal.
Our local savers does have furniture and I can always find something I want!
At Halloween they have lots of costumes that are brand new and other costumes that are pre-owned or pre-loved, as I like to say!
On most items they do have a six or seven day return period. It may be a little longer now since covid but I always try to keep in mind one week.

This was the first time ever shop here. EVERYONE was so kind and professional and helpful. I didn't know that I got a 30% discount. The checkers were the best. I wish other stores would take a lesson from savers. Savers... YOU REALLY ROCK !!!!!

ANOTHER REASON WHY AMERICA IS FAILING !!!!
My family has donated $3000.00. Overthe last 4 years.

Pros: you can donate items and get a 20% off coupon towards your purchase in store. I have found many dresses and skirts here that I get compliments on out in public. I also found some excellent sterling jewelry in their jewelry cases for fair prices.
Cons: they hang the hats, scarves, purses, wallets and bags from these hard metal clips that grip the item tightly and damage the bags. I’m talking permanent damage to a perfectly good item. For the life of me, I think they only still use that kind of display because nobody is creative or courageous enough to make a change about it and they keep passing the buck from employees to managers to corporate. I’m sure the minimum wage teen employees don’t care either way as long as they’re following the asinine employee handbook on display rules. Goodwill and Vincent de Paul and Salvation Army simply hang them on wall hooks. What’s so hard about that? Someone please tell me.
