excellent service i was having trouble starting my truck for months had the battery and the alternator checked at several places many times they all said my battery and alternator were good so i had to jump my truck almost every time just needed a little more power so the jump instantly worked every time. so the gal at O'Reillys hooked it up and checked my battery and alternator and did more thorough check and said the battery and alternator are both good but the cold cranking amps were a little low and that will make it not have enough amps to start
she gave me a new battery and i never had another problem again starting my truck after all those months of grief it was finally fixed

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff here. They always give me knowledgeable answers and offer good advice when asked. They've always been very helpful and I enjoy shopping here. The store itself has a manual door for entry and exit and one level surface inside with wide aisles.

Went to the Sappington / Crestwood store and a young man named Alex not only helped us get the correct headlight bulb we needed, but offered to come out and put it in our Honda Pilot for us. We will definetely be using O'Reilly Auto Parts again! And spreading the word! Thank you Alex!!

This store had what I went in to purchase and more importantly, had a willing Employee to help me check out my existing car battery. He was was able to provide me with several weather related tips beyond my request. 1 on 1 service is not a lost art at this O'Reilly Auto Parts dealer located in Crestwood.This Employee's dedicated skills will keep me returning to this specific Store.

My car battery failed, and the guy from AAA acted like it was something special and rare and I wouldn't find one anywhere. I called O'Reilly's told them about my car and the man said he had two different models in stock for my car. Explain the difference, and I chose the more expensive one. He said he would put it in. When I arrived at the store, he waited on me promptly collected. The battery from the back along with this cart of tools came out and very promptly change the battery, and make sure everything was OK afterwards great product great service great price very thankful

I had to swap out a car battery that was under warranty but would no longer hold a charge. I had the receipt in my glove box since the day I bought it for this very occasion. I brought it in and the employee said “the barcode is a little faded and it won’t scan so I can’t help you” even though all the information was clearly visible on the receipt.I ended up having to talk to the manager to get help, which I hate to do. He was able to help me, but I did have to pay an additional $20 because apparently the battery price has gone up in the last year.Overall, not a great experience.

They found my part right away...I must say, although he wasn't waiting on me but someone else, the assistant manager, John, showed extreme patience when assisting a customer that seem to have a pretty tricky problem.
