They sold me a car with engine problems. And a premier car warranty that only covered tires and things that I could get done myself. Worst experience ever. They took advantage of me at my lowest point.

I've been online looking at vehicles all over the place and found a couple i liked at a few different dealerships. This was the first place i checked out. As i was eager to view it. When i was checking out the vehicle that I saw online. The sales guy approached me, I told him I wanted the vehicle, but I wanted to run my credit to see what the monthly payments would be. Unfortunately, he presisted that I had to drive the vehicle, like it was his gimic. I had been looking at this type of vehicle for months. I knew how it drove. But what drove me away was once another customer came up to him, assuming it was an appointment, the salesman instantly turned his full attention to the other customer and told me to come in tomorrow. I will not be coming in. I will be getting my vehicle at one of the other places I chose.

So I wanted to update my review. After filing with the BBB and going into the office to complain Jim Butler office has gotten one key fob working for the car and has gave my husband and I a check for $250 dollars towards the repairs on the car. While I appreciate the gesture the fact remains that everything that happened should have NEVER happened and it should not take people complaining to the BBB and complaining in the office for Jim Butler dealership to make things right for a customer. At this point I still will never buy another vehicle from a Jim Butler dealership.

Fantastic from start to finish!!! First off I had a total loss and had no way to get to Jim Butler Outlet. Aaron Shoemaker the salesman sent a driver for myself and my son! Aaron was amazing, helpful and friendly. Best salesman I have ever worked with. He and Dray, the driver he sent, got us to the store quickly and safely. Then Aaron showed us a couple of vehicles,we test drove them and settled on the one we wanted. Then Aaron started our paperwork and Jim in finance busted his tail to get us financed and the payments weren't any more than what I was paying on the car I lost. So saying that these guys were great and very, very helpful is an understatement!! Go and see for yourself. Ask for Aaron Shoemaker and tell him Lisa Suzor sent you. They have some fantastic vehicles on the lot. I think you will be surprised and very happy you did!!

The whole experience especially with finance has been a complete nightmare. Would NOT recommend. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I cannot stress how awful these people are. They never called to tell me my title was ready, and left me driving with expired plates. No apology, no remedy.

They’ve attempted to delete my TRUE review. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! No need to rehash a sob story, BUT, finance manager humiliated myself and wife in front of customers, our children, and made her cry. Completely unprofessional and store manager tried apologizing which was too little too late.

We came in with a low budget and the salesman Justin Willis helped us the minute we got on the lot. He showed us a great family car in our price range. He was easy to work with! The whole team is amazing in that place, we have a child that was in everything and running everywhere and they were all so kind. So very kid friendly! They will do everything they can so you can go home with the car you want and need ! When we need another car definitely coming back here !

Found myself in a situation where my 4Runner is salvageable but needs repairs that are going to take time. Quickly realized that we no longer live in a world where you can find a dependable daily driver for around 8k. Weighed all of my options and was just looking for something that would be dependable and ideally in the 15-18k price range. I was interested in an SUV, specifically a 4runner or Jeep. After four weeks in a rental, scouring the city, state and nation, going to big car dealerships, all the tiny ones with names like "Randy's used gems," looking at Carvana, auto trader, Kelly blue book, Facebook marketplace... I was becoming discouraged. What I could find was either over priced, or the year was a bad year for that make/model. A friend recommended Jim Butler Chevrolet Outlet and gave me John Zensen's number. I called and told him what I was looking for and said I could be at the dealership in 20min. It was his day off, (I felt terrible,) he said it wasn't a problem - 20 min later I pulled in. He had exactly what I was looking for, right year and price. He spent the time to make sure that it was what I wanted and even gave me recommendations of where to get my 4runner fixed. I came in pre qualified for an auto loan, Lindsey said she thought she could get me a better rate - which she absolutely did. She made it where I had to put down very little, my payments are reasonable and include gap & warranty. She made sure I was informed of what was going on, was incredibly genuine and truly made the process so easy. After weeks of researching and spending 1-3 hours a day searching for a car - this was everything I was looking for. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled because of this staff. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend you start here. I didn't feel like I was being "pitched" anything, they are genuine professionals who are good at what they do, honest and make the car buying process very easy.

Bought an Acura from Victor after being pushed into buying !!! 20,000 , was not told it burned excessive oil , did not disclose wheels had bad beads!, another cost , now trouble codes that show three codes that can cost in excess of 2,000 $ do not buy from them there out to screw you over period !!!
