Fedex is THE WORST shipping company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. The drivers of the trucks are too lazy to walk up our driveway, so they put a delivery exception on our package and say that they delivered the package to our home, but we refused the package. This is a nasty lie. We got no package from Fedex to refuse. Always the same lie they tell over and over again. This is not the first time this has happened to us. It happens time and time and time again and I have had enough. So, from now on, I refuse to do any business with any company that ships via Fedex. One company I am a regular customer with has agreed not to use Fedex when shipping their products to me, however, now I have the inconvenience of having to phone them every time I place an order with them. They will ship via USPS for me. But, I would rather put up with that inconvenience than have my goods delivered to me via Fedex. Enough is enough. Fedex drivers are LAZY!!!
