With the help of calming pills suggested by the vet, our senior kitty was able to be groomed without the need for sedation. The groom itself looked so much better than I had hoped for, and the price was very affordable. They worked with our kitty and carefully observed his temperament to minimize his stress during the groom.”
“I have been bringing my dog and two cats to the pet doctor for nearly 7 years. The are always very honest and transparent with your pets needs. They are reasonably priced and you can tell they truly care about your pets. Recently our dog passed away, it was kind of unexpected, and they sent us flowers. Let me tell you, I bawled my eyes out. It was so sweet of them to think of us.”

“This place is awesome!! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and do an amazing job with customer service. I’ve only seen Dr Josie & Dr Michelle and they truly care about your pet’s health. They are very gentle and lovin. And so are the vet techs. I also feel that they don’t charge you for every little thing or try to get you to buy something you don’t really need. I am very happy with the care my dog is getting and am glad I left my previous vet.”

They were so sweet and patient with us when the time came. They helped us feel at peace with our decision and were so gentle with her when the time came. “Such an incredible vet practice! I've been coming here for over a decade. My dogs are everything, so top notch card for them is a priority and Gentle Doctor delivers. The staff is warm, caring, friendly and go the extra mile. The waiting area is large and they have a separate area for dogs and cats. They have a TV with a kids show on to keep them entertained. The place is ultra clean with no funky smells. They send reminders when my dogs are due for services, which is so helpful! When my dogs have had surgery on any serious problem, they call to follow up. When end of life care was needed it was delivered with the utmost compassion and respect. That is so important. Highly recommended!”

“Banfield got my English Bulldog puppy in same day, we had called other vets for about an hour back to back and had no luck. The only other option was taking him to the Emergency vet, which was going to be outrageously expensive.
The techs and the doctor are all so kind and warming, we felt like a long time patient the moment we walked in. You could tell they all genuinely cared about our boy and his health. They thoroughly informed us every concern they had along with the pricing.

“My cat means the world to me so it’s important to me he has the best care. He had a urinary blockage which can be fatal, but they detected it immediately and got him the proper care he needed. He remained there under their care for about 4 days and they gave me a call every 12 hours with updates which was very helpful. These doctors and staff members were nothing but attentive and supportive. They are all extremely detail oriented and made sure to relay all of the information to me that I needed for at home care. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention that was given to my Leo. We appreciate you!”
