“This place will exceed any expectations you have for a resale store. This place is very clean and so well organized. Departments are clearly defined and the store has an amazing selection without being over cluttered. But the clothing is where they really are unique. Everything was cleaned, organized by size, and color. Every single item was brand name and flawless. Half of the things were new with tags. Prices were totally reasonable for quality. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Such a treasure trove of the unique! I love the whole idea of recycling used furniture and all their consignment items look top notch! They have a unique markdown schedule too so it’s nice to know what to risk getting now or later! Fell in love with an item- but I was too late it was sold. Sad day for me. I’ll be back hunting again someday!”

“Very cool! Two locations in one strip, two different vibes. Found a super cute dress with my friends and went on a cool bargain day! You can also sell some of your clothes to them, depending on time of day and how old the clothes are.”
“Came in last night to sell some clothes and was told it was only going to be about a 45 min wait (which is unusual, it’s usually about two hours) so instead of running errands, we grabbed dinner and came back because we were going to do some shopping anyways. Well, the 45 minutes turned into two hours and with three little ones you can imagine how difficult that can be.. I always hate to check in before they tell me my stuff is ready, but I went ahead and asked this time because it was close to closing time and we live about 30 minutes away. The employee immediately went and checked on our trade and checked us out in the process and even gave us extra points so we could get a discount on top of our traded items. I get that they can’t control trade in times and I am very appreciative of how this employee helped us and handled the situation to give us the best experience she could. It didn’t go unnoticed and this location will be the only location we come to from now on.”

First time ever going to Plato’s closet yesterday. We were promptly greeted by a friendly associate. There was so much variety! So much nice stuff in good condition. Everything was very easy to shop and very well organized. The store was neat and organized. When checking out, the associate was very nice and friendly. She took the time to fold our clothes nicely, and even thanked us for taking the hangers off for her. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back again.”
