I never ever leave reviews but the lady at the front desk was so rude I had to say something. My wife asked a general question and she was already annoyed. We had a big group, I was being as calm and nonchalant as possible but she clearly does not want to be here. It’s a place for kids, if you can’t handle being busy or it being loud you should find another job. You could tell she was overwhelmed by how many people were coming in the building.Whoever you are face piercing lady, hope your day gets better.Only reason it’s two stars instead of 1 is because the kids still have a good time

Not as fun as it used to be. My kids used to be able to do backflips & practice other flips for his dive team while there in “safe areas.” After their policy change, his membership was worthless since it was no longer fun or beneficial to practice at this facility. The membership is a good value but BEWARE that it’s VERY HARD TO CANCEL. Super tricky to navigate the request & they give you the run around. After that they want replies back before finalizing because they offer to lower your rate to keep it. Still don’t blame them for wanting to retain the monthly dues, I’m just strongly suggesting they make it easier on the website to cancel. (I’m sure it’s done on purpose cuz most club memberships are shady with cancelling).

Took my two kids here and it was awesome! Had a lot of fun, the facility was very clean, and the staff was super nice and friendly. Two staff members named Seth and Juvonte were especially professional and helpful. They made our experience memorable and helped us understand all the available games to play, and helped my kids have an amazing time. Because of these two staff members I will be coming back. Thank you Seth and Juvonte for making our day great!!!

The concept of it is great. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the place is awful, which I know is to be expected with children. I can tell it gets the bare minimum at wipe downs, hardly any sweeping done, and the trash cans are filled to the brim. But I also understand they are busy, and probably short staffed. I don’t imagine the pay is great for what the employees deal with on a day to day basis. All of those things considered, it still is a nice place to bring kids to blow off energy. I will say the girl running the register at the cafe was great, quick and efficient and friendly. I think they would benefit greatly from an extremely deep clean closure and having more staff on hand, (but that requires better pay and benefits.)The staff I did encounter were helpful, friendly and efficient.

Great facility, but staff were disengaged and inattentive. Not unfriendly (in fact, some were kind), but they were hard to find (had to wait 5 mins several times to get into something), and were just going through the motions. It was not busy when we visited. They're responsible for child safety, so really should be better. If staff were welcoming, engaged, attentive and hospitable, this would be an amazing venue.

Let me start by saying I'm 34, my husband is 33, and this place was so fun for us! My 11 year old nephew had his bday party here, and I hardly got to see him because we were all playing and running around goofing off lolTheir pizza was surprisingly good, and I'm not a fan of pizza, especially with red sauce, but I ate a whole slice. My husband ordered a hotdog from the snack bar and waited 20 minutes for it. The pager they gave him went off after like 10 minutes, but they never came out with it. I think they forgot about him even though he stood at the counter the entire time. They apologized, though, and offered him a free drink for the trouble.I played the arcade machines for probably an hour (I paid about $60 for the tokens) and ran into error messages on 3 different machines, which was kind of annoying. But, a nice lady helped us each time and got the issues resolved quickly.Everything we found to play on, ropes, ball pits, trampolines, rock climbing, ninja warrior style obstacles, were all for kids or adults. My husband isn't a small guy, around 260+ lbs, and they had harnesses that fit him with no problem, and nothing we found had any weight restrictions. All in all, it was a great time!My only complaint is the cost. It's not cheap, but it's still worth it once in a while!

For $50+ to just get in the door with 2 young children (for only 2 hours)...I wasn't very impressed.Pros:I liked that they had a good amount of seating but not close to be able to keep an eye on kiddos.Cons:Price: I did think that the price was steep for what it was. $25+ an hour for children to play...most people don't make that per hour at work before taxes.Staff: The gal that checked us in seems to have not wanted to be here today (everyone else seemed to be friendly).Games: The air hockey table was missing a piece to play. Some of their games were broken or out of order.WiFi: You don't get service in the building and their WiFi wasn't working.Seating: There unfortunately was only 2 benches up on the platforms to be able to sit and watch the children.Small children section: The smaller kids section has really bad lighting and there is several broken foam pieces/padding. In some areas you can see they just duck taped it. They had a slide blocked off with an accordion style gate which I personally deem dangerous due to a child's hand or fingers could be pinched and that it's being used in the small kiddos section.Bathrooms: In the woman's bathroom there was a stall outCleanliness: Main areas are clean but it doesn't look like a deep clean is often ever done. It's easy to spot the leftover food spots on furniture or games. Under the edges of the structures debris lined the floor. There was used gum just sitting on a machine and wrappers on the floor and around the games. If you looked up while sitting on one of their games you could see gum, wrappers and other debris caught in the net where the sky rider attraction starts. There was a thick layer of dust on and under some of the structures. Some would say that they may not have had a chance to clean yet..well I came when they opened, which should have been when their facility is the cleanest. If you're going to charge top dollar, then you should be able to provide the service that matches that.

We always have such a fun time here. My kids love all of the different activities and areas. The bumper cars are pretty awful though. Very small area to utilize and only two riders at a time (at least when we just went). Hopefully that gets better, BUT everything else is wonderful.

The actual park is amazing. We had a huge issue with two specific employees. An African American young lady working on Tuesday, 08/08/23, was incredibly rude to the children. She huffed and puffed when kids came to the section she was in. My daughter couldn't get herself unclipped from one of the climbing attractions and kept asking her for help and was ignored. She was on her cellphone the whole time, not watching the kids. There was also a bigger guy with curly hair and glasses that was equally as miserable but not as rude. The other employees were really great and had a great attitude. When we got there, the attendant saw on my slip that my son was 5 and automatically gave him the deluxe package. I wish I would have understood the packages better because with the promotion, I could have paid a dollar more and he could have done all the attractions because he's tall enough. I wish that was better explained but also my fault. We will not come back to this location until those two employees leave. Forgive me if I'm wrong but the employees job at a trampoline park is to keep them safe and let them have fun. Not yell, tall down to, and ignore the kids. How utterly disgusting that these employees are allowed to work with children.

Worst birthday party ever! I was attacked by the alleged general manager Abby over a birthday cake. She barged into the private room I had rented for over $400 to lecture me in front of my 8 and 6 year old daughters about undermining her authority because I asked if they could refrigerate an ice cream cake I brought for my daughter. (Urban Air does not offer cakes) After the encounter my 6 year old daughter asked me with tears in her eyes “Why was that lady mean to you Daddy? And does this mean I don’t get to have a birthday cake?” I said I don’t know baby but I’m sure going to find out. Several staff members witnessed this horrific act and came over to apologize for their superior if that’s what you’d like to call this birthday cake tyrant. They also informed me she’s mean to a lot of the staff and customers and no one ever stands up to her. Well I am letting her owners know about how she behaves when they’re not around and I’ll be contacting the Urban Air corporate office as well as the better business bureau. Abby your days of being a birthday cake tyrant are numbered enjoy them while you can…

This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Dirt, grime etc. Yes, I understand its an open community for kids but at some point there needs to be some pride taken by the owners of the organization to at least clean this place. The floors are discussing, the pit balls we found bandaids, empty water bottles etc in them. Just stuff everywhere and it looks like it's been there for months on end. This isn't an overnight type a of cleaning that has been missed. This place is not sanitary.

Very bad attitude from GM!! Very disrespectful to children screaming in their faces and parents. Came up to my sister and her boyfriend (mid 20s) about them playing dodgeball told her they would stop and walked away she then continued to fall him after we sat down to take his socks off. She then got in his face, my parents and mine about how he needs to respect her as an adult when we are as while and we were being treated like she was talking to 8 year olds. After the situation she continued to stare us down through out the park and could hear her still talking about the whole situation. We spent well over $250 dollars on just passes not including food and drinks. For the service we were giving we expect better. Have had parties here in the past and never have seen this lady nor have ever had a bad experience. We come very often and we are very disappointed and will not be spending money here again.

My kids spent hours here, because there are so many areas to play and things to do. If your kid is tall enough I recommend the highest level pass, because the zip line, climbing walls and bumper cars are so fun. In addition to the trampolines, Ninja course with a ball pit, and dodgeball courts. The employees are all friendly and helpful

Unfortunately another children's attraction that has employees working the front areas that are not friendly or helpful- I am disappointed in the lack of customer service that we are experiencing in many places but I hate this for the kids that love this place . Focus on better incentives for employees or more training. If they are unhappy help them move on so your business can thrive. The young employees that watch over the attractions are hardly doing an average job- that's not what I would want to see out of my employees. As far as being so clean - I don't see it ? Bathrooms messy and not that clean.
