I set an appointment. I was nearby, I received the text that I was on deck. I immediately went to the store, less than 60 seconds after receiving the text. I was told my spot had been taken, and I would have to wait. The man was literally getting out of his chair as I walked in. I might add, the text did not say they were ready for me, but that I was on deck and should head to the store, less than 1 minute later the appointment was given away.
Why have an appointment system if you don't honor it and then act like it was the fault of the person on time?

Checked in 2nd in line. They sat somebody in front of me and I had to sit for the next available stylist to clock in. Pretty weak customer service

The app said to be there in 22 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and checked in. After waiting 45 minutes, they had only served two customers. The workers spent more time talking with each other than they did working. One star is not low enough.
