I ended up going into the store later that day without the printed labels I needed to ship my items, but Larry saved the day and printed them for me. An associate, Sue, noticed my struggle to get everything in the box and that's when her customer service skills took over. Sue helped me find the right size box and made sure things were packed in a way to get them through the mail damage free. Thanks to her efforts, my items did arrive on time and without damage. This kind of customer service is rare today. However, I greatly appreciate it and was pleased with my experience here.”

“This is a great FedEx location and the people are very friendly. I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. “I know there are many UPS stores but the one on Clarkson Road is amazing the people are so friendly and fast and if you wanna have a quick conversation to open to having one too. “For 13 years, I have used the Town & Country Post Office actively, often asking to hold mail when on trips, without a single failure. In my experience throughout that time, the staff has been responsive, pleasant, and courteous. Only once in that time have I had the mail another address come here, and only once has a letter to me been sent to another address. So, I'm puzzled at serious negative experiences with this post office.”

“The clerks are always helpful and friendly. They definitely don't get enough credit for the hard work they do here. They may not have all the amenities available at larger locations, but as a local post office it's well stocked. Expect to be in and out within 10 mins, there's usually a few folks in line. Have some patience and cut these folks some slack.”
“We worked with Twyla at a passport appointment and she got it done so quickly and easily! At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference.
