It is so sad how far down hill this store continues to fall. Never a manager anywhere in sight. Shelves are empty, they have stopped carrying name brand items, they have checkers that don’t even attempt to put groceries in bags for customers and they have lowered limited of items for self check out, even when they only have 2 lanes open.

Several years ago, it was common to find expired items on the shelves. I appreciate that management has fixed this. I can't remember the last time I've found an expired ptoduct!

I heard you are carrying Opa Greek Seasoning so I came in for the variety pack. Looks like you're only carrying Michael's Original flavor. We love it so much on our pizzas, can you please add in the Zesto & Mediterranean Garlic Salt too?

Men’s bathroom was pretty dirty for having just opened.
Why the aggressive signs opposing open carry of ?? For those of us that choose to protect ourselves, it’s offensive. BUT more importantly, those signs cause your store liability! They are entirely unenforceable per Missouri law, other than the right to ask anyone to leave private property, which you reserve regardless of you broadcasting your ? free zone to criminals! It’s just silly that someone went out of her way to make multiple signs like that ??♂️
Wanna do something smart? Place a sign that says, “Please keep all ? holstered unless an emergency arises.” That sends a different message to bad folks, doesn’t it?
We live in Missouri, a free state that honors constitutional rights, act like it. Take down the signs, I’ll change my review.

Horrible checkout experience! These self checkouts are the worst in this country! Doesn't hold a candle to the great Walmart! When dollar tree has better self checkout machines than you, you're in trouble, honey!BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Went to self check out with 11 items and was redirected to the line to wait for a cashier when there were others using the self check out with clearly way more then 10 items. In the normal check out line there were easily 15 plus people awaiting. So I left my cart right where it was and walked out. If you don’t want people to use the self check out then please get more cashiers and baggers to cover the change. With the normal ones a lot of the time there is no bagger so we are still doing half the work. Thanks.

I was given "fair warning" by an unpleasant employee for having more than 10 items in self check out. I don't really want to go back there now.

Saturday with only 3 checkers and 30 people in line. Stupid management decision restricting self checkout to 10 items or less.

I want to compliment Schnucks employees Tracee and Rhonda for the excellent help they gave me yesterday. I had locked my keys in my car after shopping. My purse, phone and all my ids were in there. I went back into the store and Tracee helped me cal AAA and even gave me a water while I had an hours wait. After an hour and a half no help arrived. Rhonda stepped in arranged for me to have a short ride to my house to pick up an extra set of keys and return to the store. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me as I was totally stranded. I will never forget their kindness. I offered them money but Rhonda refused and asked me to pay it forward. You just don’t find people of this caliber very often. You are fortunate to have employees who really care about their customers. I will continue to shop at your store where I feel safe and the employees are really helpful.Pattie Smith

I ordered 40 pieces of fried chicken to be pickup at 12:30pm Sunday the 17th. Unfortunately the chicken was over cooked and dry. I was totally disappointed especially for the amount of money it cost me. I gave the 2 stars because the order was ready at the time designated for pickup.
