My newborn child was denied care because they were offended that it was an unassisted home birth. then they decided to deny care for my other children. I recommend going to other pediatricians in general due to the lack of care they have for actual care for children.

Dr. Shiue is an amazing physician, she was my son's pedestrian, I remember him getting sick and i would call and she would always see him I know she worked through lunch and stayed late as well. He was 21 and no longer technically her patient but had not seen an adult Phyician and was going to be over a week to get in, I called the office with my concerns, they spoke with her and she saw him through her lunch break, Dr. Shiue also called the adult Doctor and got him in the next day, turned out he had a really bad case of pneumonia. Dr. Shiue also gave me her private cell number to call her if I needed anything. She is totally an amazing person as well as a physician, she really cares about her patients and the parents as well, she has called me after hours to follow up on my son. It was very hard to move on to an adult physician. I can not say enough about the staff and her. My son is now grown and is expecting a little one of his own and of course Dr. Shiue will be her Doctor. I trusted her with my son and now my Granddaughter 100 %. Dr. Shiue is one in a million and can't say how happy I am she will be seeing my Granddaughter

They got my granddaughter in very quick. They accessed her bug bite, and it's nothing to worry about. While checking her out, the doctor noticed her throat looked like possible step throat, but luckily, it wasn't. The patient and her sister got Popsicles, which they loved, and a sticker on the way out.

I liked the office, mainly the nurses. I didn’t like my doctor and how she handled things when it came to discussing my son. When I called the office asking to change doctors I was told if I have a concern with one doctor I would need to find a new office because they don’t allow doctor changes. Being a first time mom, my doctor was very rude and off putting. They never asked why I wanted a new doctor, they overall didn’t seem to care and pushed me off. Needless to say, I had to change offices.

Tried to schedule a newborn appointment, got yelled at because she didnt think I made an appointment early enough (baby and I are under midwife care) also refused to take my newborn because I have other children... Even though those other children wouldn't be going to this office.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Will tell everyone to avoid this establishment! Get a new scheduler.....

Rude staff. Called to get my newborn in because we do not like our current pediatrician for our older son and refused to make us an appointment. Stated “what’s wrong with your other pediatrician” very unprofessional

Dr. Kim Sieli is the best Dr. here! She never pressures you into any vaccines and always respectfully makes recommendations. She has a very mothering and genuine personality and the kiddos love her! I wouldn’t think twice about ever going anywhere else she makes Mercy pediatrics the absolute best!

Had 2 kids go through Dr. Would for years. We would discuss things with the Dr. and she would tell us 1 thing and put the opposite in her notes. She refused service to our children after we questioned multiple instances. She refused to discuss any of this with us personally.

Every doctor we’ve ever seen there has been wonderful. Patient and caring with my kids. They never make us feel rushed and are thorough with their exams and explanations. Front staff is also welcoming and helpful. So lucky to have this clinic in our area.

Horrible & unprofessional staff. Very rough with my granddaughter. The staff there is extremely Rude to my WIFE & DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. I brought (THE ISSUE OF THE MISTREATMENT OF MY DAUGHTER) to the attention of the powers at be, (THE STAFF) & THEY LAUGHED. I had no idea child abuse was funny. . .Until its thier child. NEVER IS IT OKAY TO ROUGH AROUND A 1 YEAR OLD GIRL. And I have them denying it all on recording.
