Took my car in for a pre-purchase inspection. They provided a good report that I could access online that showed pictures of the statuses of the things they inspected. They found an oil leak with the engine that I was able to resolve with the dealership.

I called to schedule an oil change and an inspection to renew my license plates. Everyone I encountered was incredibly nice. A few days prior to my appointment, I was having an issue with my car. I called, and they had no problem adding that to the list of things to do when they had my car. They took care of everything I needed, and it cost less than I anticipated. They are very knowledgeable, and treat their customers with a lot of respect!

Sid and Paul, and the entire current staff, did a phenomenal job the past few weeks for me. While I know it may take some time on my part to get my very expensive repairs done, they all helped ease some stress I was going through over my vehicle registration renewal as it had expired on July 31st. They were professional and helped me get through the process, and now my vehicle is registered via the GVIP Waiver process just 24 hours after submitting the application. Big thank you to Len's Auto Repair - Cottleville for being a reliable MRRT in our area!

3 years ago I bought an used car that had 200,000 miles on it. The dealer recommended to change the oil, so I asked Len's Auto Repair to change necessary oils and do an inspection expecting that they will find some issues with it. They said the car is fine and does not need any repair. I was very surprised because of their honesty. The same car had some issue 2 years ago. They found the problem exactly and fixed it. Now I have 250,000 miles on it, and it is still running fine. Very honest and professional. I will never go to another place.

Absolutely impressed with this shop. My girlfriend’s A/C system went bad. Took it to Meineke and the guy quoted her almost $2,000 for a new compressor and recharge. Didn’t feel right so went to get a second opinion and chose this place based off the reviews. Couldn’t have found a better shop. Start to finish excellent customer service. They performed a very thorough assessment and provided an online diagnostic report which was easy to understand and follow. Came with the technicians notes and included so much good info. Never have had a shop provide that before. Turned out the guy at Meineke wasn’t thorough whatsoever and didn’t even check Freon levels currently in her car. Len’s shop figured out she was empty on Freon. They provided a detailed assessment, drained the system, checked for leaks, recharged the system, and added dye to make sure if this problem happens again the leak would be easy to find of any other leaks were to occur. All of this allowed the compressor clutch to function again bow that the high and low pressure lines had enough pressure in them to command the clutch on. All of that for $290…. Incredible. Not only did you win my girlfriend’s business but mine also. Will highly recommend you guys to anyone with future issues with their vehicle that falls under your shop’s scope of expertise. Thank you!

I took my car in for a second opinion of what the dealer recommended, which was going to cost me $1,500. Len’s inspected my car and found no alarming issues, for free. I will be taking my car here for general maintenance in the future. Thank you!!

DO NOT do business with this repair shop! About a year ago my son's transmission went out on his car. He is a college student and went to Len's because it was close to his school. He was sold what he believed to be a refurbished transmission when instead it was just a used transmission that had not been checked or tested. There is no way we would have agreed to put a used transmission into his car without knowing anything about the condition of it. In fact we didn't even know this fact until recently when that transmission failed after only 16 months. We have a letter stating that ALL their work carries a warranty of 2 years or 24,000 miles. It has only been 16 months and 12,000 miles and now they are refusing to honor that warranty stating that they only do a 1 year warranty from a receipt that we never even saw or signed. This seems to be a prime example to taking advantage of a college student to turn a profit.
