I went to Crown last week for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Great inventory of beautiful luxury brand hand bags. The owners were there and were so knowledgeable and helpful!! I’ll be sure to recommend to all my friends about the great store I found. I’ll be back for sure!!

I leave this review to caution you on what purchases you make and to be sure and do your research. Ask for real authentication on any item you purchase from this store.
I follow this store on their facebook after moving away from its location. I saw a Louis Vuitton bag posted that I was interested in. I had never bought a second hand bag before so I called the store and asked about how they authenticate items and what the date code was in the bag. The woman I spoke with told me that they are very knowledgeable on authentic bags and they have been doing this a long time and can tell easily. She read me the date code and further explained its condition. I ordered the bag. They shipped quickly and when opening the bag I immediately notice the dust bag is a different color than the dust bags I got when purchasing directly from the LV store. I immediately look at the date code and notice that it only has one letter (they are supposed to have 2 that tell you where the bag was made). Everything I read online says it should have 2 letters. This is the same date code that the woman read to me on the phone. I would think an expert would know it should have 2 letters. I watch about 10 unboxing videos on youtube of the exact bag I had purchased. The date code was in the wrong spot and the bag I had bought had a different zipper than all the bags in the videos I watched. I knew then that I had been sold a fake bag.
I called the store and they asked me to send pictures, I did. I guess she sent them to someone else and called me back to say they were also questioning its authenticity and immediately offered to reimburse me for the bag. She was apologetic but had I not done my little bit of research I would have paid $1,000 for a fake bag. I am definitely not an expert on LV and I figured out this was a fake within 20 minutes of youtube videos. I feel taken advantage of and let down by the integrity of this store. The positive here is they did reimburse me. I was given a shipping label to ship the bag back to them, which I did. I was offered another bag with $100 discount which I did not accept.
Use caution when purchasing second hand. Unfortunately, not everyone is honest.

This place is full of it. They claim everything is on sale when in reality, they are charging triple the price that they bought something at. Making the sale markup look like they're bringing something down. A lot of the bags are dirty and disgusting. They are trying to sell knock off Louis Vuitton Tumblr cups and adding cut, possibly fake canvas to hats.

Best high end luxury retail shop around! The new owners are fantastic. If you haven’t checked them out recently, you need to stop by. Great selection with on trend and vintage items.

I walked in to their store one day and I wasn't even acknowledged. The 2 women there were standing around talking to another customer about random topics..coffee, husband's and so forth. I've been in retail for over 35 years, retail management over 20 years. I got not a hero, a are you finding everything alright, absolutely nothing..UNACCEPTABLE!

The lady Brandy was wonderful very helpful and took care of me very well really appreciate it her she sold me my first Louis Vuitton so excited thank you very much Brandy for taking care of me recommend this place 10/10 definitely will be back !!!!

Bought a purse in a clearance bin for $25. Looked great but when I went to use it, the zipper came apart. Looked like it had been fixed and broke again. When I called the store they said they would not credit me the money even to get something else. She said that's why they were getting rid of those purses, because there was something wrong with them. You would think they would at least tell you what the problem was with the purse before you spent money on something you could never use. The sale sign should have read FAULTY PURSES. Very disappointed in the customer service. Your better off going to Dillards when they have their sales.

Some nice items but very snobby owners and employees. You will get treated better at upscale department stores that sell NEW luxury items in the city.
