“Had an appointment yesterday at Jimmy's for an oil change. Have them check my light on the dashboard it kept coming on so they did a diagnostic testing on it and found out that it was a bad spark plug. So I had them do a tune-up on my car.
My appointment was at 8:00 and they got me in a little bit after that I waited for my car to be completed which only took about an hour/ half.
I sat in the waiting area talking to other guys that we're waiting for their vehicles to. Pretty nice folks.
I met Jimmy and his staff and they are very nice people. No hidden cost, honest pricing and great service.
My sister Terri told me to go there, because she takes all her vehicles to him.
And she is very satisfied with the service.

“I had my cat towed here thinking I needed a new transmission because I had took it to midas to get it looked at n they referred me to these guys!! They was very prompt with the whole process n kept me updated about everything, they towed my car for free, it ended up not needing a transmission but a new line put in and a Trans flush!! “I am so impressed with the team at Elmer Collision. My car had tens of thousands of dollars in hail damage, and as a result they needed to keep my car for about 3 weeks. The office staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, calling me every few days to give me an update. They worked directly with my insurance company to get it paid for, so all I had to pay them was my deductible.I also had a couple of really bad door dings that were not covered by the hail claim. I actually called them and said, "Hey, would you mind giving me a quote for what it'll cost to get those fixed while you have the vehicle?" She called me back once she'd had a chance to talk to the shop guys and said, "He said it was bugging him so he did his best to get them fixed, but they are on a crease so it isn't perfect." I was so appreciative that they had done that at no charge, I of course didn't mind. Flash forward to this morning, I picked up my car and let me tell you, you can't tell that those door dings were ever there. They also fixed a chip in my windshield that I got AFTER the hail estimate.I think the people repairing the cars are so committed to giving you a car that is fully restored that they couldn't stand to leave an imperfection if they can help it.I am beyond grateful to the folks at Elmer Collision for making this process so easy. I am so pleased with the quality of work and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone I know that needs auto body work done.”
