I will forever be a customer, my wife is terminally ill and we had ran out of propane at 8 pm during this last ice and snow storm. It was 19 degrees out when i called the company. They came out that night and filled our tank. I cannot express how thankful we are to have such a great company go beyond their duties and help us out.So thankful and blessed we decided to use priority propane.

0 Star rating. If you deal in cash stay away from this company. Probably should anyways unless you like dealing with thieves. Cale Thomas is a thief and if pay in cash he pockets it. He has embezzled from this company time and time again. Recent secretary that left. When the truth came out about the cash Cale told Robby the owner that all the Cash he stole the secretary got kick back out of it as well. I don’t guess Robby sees that even with different secretaries he still keeps having the same problem. The problem is Cale. For an example Jim paid in cash one time and Linda kept wanting to bill him this went on for months and Cale kept saying no I’ll take care of it. Then one day came in and said Jim showed up on my door step last night with a couple guns to trade to Cale for his propane bill.. Which is a lie Jim would never do that he always pays his bills. This is just one of many many examples that could be given. He likes to Drink and Drive the company trucks as well. Be very careful doing business with this company in Conway.

Very terrible place to deal with , we rented from them and when we wanted to go with another company they would not no remove there tank and kept sending us bills , The people are rude and inconsiderate , I do not recommend dealing with this company there are plenty others around.

To bad i can not give less than 0 Stars , very unprofessional staff , we had to speak with an attorney to get them to get their tank off our property , do not deliver when they say we waited 3 weeks before they delivered , do not use this company ,

From the very beginning everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband had purchased a stove from another company that he paid more to have a remote control operation on it. When we went to hook it up the remote did not work. Priority Propane did not hesitate to help us get the stove working even when it was not their product. They came out of their way two different times to help us at no cost. When they figured out what was wrong they told us what part to order and it worked! Thank you so much from forever customers, John and Melinda O’Quinn.

Priority propane is great! They came out November 26th ,2019 and went to set my propane tank but we ran into problems (not of their own) our propane burner is bad. My boyfriend asked what our next step would be and the guy said he could place a heater that went on our wall but it wouldn't be till next week. About an hour later he calls my boyfriend and asked if he was available and he would be out in 10 minutes to set the heater up! Than you priority propane yall are great and I couldn't be happier with deciding who to go with!

I have been a customer for years but at this point I wish I could rate 0 stars. I ordered propane and was told it would be delivered on Monday. I call back and I am told that they didnt have the order recorded but would deliver on tuesday. Then tuesday rolls around and it still wasnt delivered. I call and they claim they will deliver today. At this point I am now completely out of propane and could care less if they intend to deliver today. I will take my business elsewhere. The person answering the phone seemed to care less about their customer not having heat in their home due to their failing to deliver as scheduled twice and they certainly do not give their customers priority.
