I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Meyers Motors for coming to the rescue and assisting my teenage son when he was stranded on I 70. It was a weekend after hours and the temperatures were below -5, but without hesitation, they helped him with his tire issue and ensured he was able to continue his journey. Their prompt and selfless assistance prevented what could have been a nightmare situation due to the harsh weather conditions. Thank you, Meyers Motors, for saving the day and going above and beyond to help in a time of need.

I can't say enough how amazing Dennis and Dylan were to us! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire. We couldn't get to the shop until after 10pm and they met us there! They were able to patch our tire and get us back on the road. I've not experienced this kind of customer service in a REALLY long time and truly appreciate it!

So...to be fair, I didn't actually receive any paid services from Meyer Motors. Long story short, our rental RV broke down 4 miles outside Concordia, MO. It's was a harrowing adventure. No cabs, rideshares, rental cars...etc. We were stranded on the side of I-70 with two 9 year olds and a little dog... our "roadside assistance" was absolutely no help on a Sunday (no help on a Monday either...but I digress.) State Police drove us to the nearest motel. This is where the kind soul at Meyer Motors attempted to help us (after hours none the less) Dennis (?) drove all the way to our RV and took a look at it to let us know if he could be any assistance. He told us what the problem was and was distraught that there was no way he could help us within the next 2-3 days. He was backed up for days, but instead of trying to selfishly hold on to our business he directed us to the nearest place that could indeed help us. After finally confirming help from another place we called back and asked if there was any rental cars available at his place, as he loans cars while he fixes them. He did not have anything available...BUT... he offered to ferry us to the other place once our vehicle was finished. He had no reason to help us but he did everything within his power to help us and that is why they are getting a 5 Star review! If I could give more I would. Customer service was compassionate and just all around phenomenal. So, thank you Dennis(?)!!!!

Ran out of gas in Missouri and Meyer Motors was dispatched by Geico. The man who brought us gas was absolutely wonderful and way quicker than they said he might be. Hope I tipped him enough!

We got a flat on a road trip to S.E. Missouri later on a Friday evening. They were supposed to be closed but Dylan was there to pick us up in about 10 minutes. They were helpful and kind and stayed open late just to get us on the road. They did a full patch instead of a simple plug and let us know about other concerns with the car. More importantly they recommended getting some barbecue at Dempsey's which was fantastic! Wonderful experience recommend them highly. They seem like an honest straightforward people that I'd be happy to buy a car from as well.

I want to thank Denny! A few days ago there was a snow storm and my car flashed a "drive train assembly malfunction" warning. I was petrified! It was zero degrees, at night, snowing, and I was still in my dress clothes. After 2 hours, Denny stopped to make sure I was ok. I wasn't sure who he was but I asked if he was a mechanic and he said yes. He told me I was fine and could continue driving over an hour to KC. He offered me his card and told me that if I had any further issues to call him and he would come get me. I found out later that he was the owner of this dealership! I guess he was more than a mechanic!! But he made me feel at ease and confident that my car was just being funny and I would be fine driving it. I made it without further issues. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Mr. Denny for stopping and helping. Thanks to him, I know where I will be buying my next car!!

I believe in supporting community businesses. I have used their service dept several times and they have always done a good job and the price seems fair. I am happy to give a reccomendation to give them a try. Today I took my daughter's car to them because I'm taking it on a road trip and I wanted it detailed inside and oil chg and just give it a look over. Price seemed appropriate for all the work I had done and they got the work done quickly.
