Stopped here with a hankering for a Diet Pepsi. I haven’t had a decent fountain diet pep for a while so I wasn’t expecting much, but was met with a delicious, scrumptious beverage and nearly cried because I was so happy.

FILTHY - stopped on my way from StL to KC. I’ve never been in a more disgusting bathroom. And I’ve stopped in a lot of seedy gas stations on that stretch of road. Urine all over the toilets. Toilet paper was empty. Soap was out. When another customer asked if there was soap, the employee said they were fresh out. When asked what the employees use to wash their hands, employee replied that they don’t go to the bathroom. Floors dirty. Soda counter sticky. Only positive, there were about 3 napkins left in the dispenser. I don’t blame the employees on duty. I blame a lack of staff and resources ( but maybe it was the employees)

I get fuel here almost every day. Cashiers are very nice and friendly but the card readers have been broken for over 3 weeks. This is crazy inconvenient and makes for a slow check out. I would think a broken card reader is a priority. If I'm in a hurry I go somewhere else.

No more sub station and the wings are a disappointment. The old wings were fantastic. Lots of changes for the worst.

Waited 45 minutes past the promised time for my order. Then the manager accused us for not paying for the pizza. Said he would call me back . Never did! The pizzas were doughy. Not enough pepperoni on them. Was charged for extra marinara sauce for the breadsticks but never got them! Very upset with this Casey’s. We spent $76.63!!!!!!!

Staff super friendly. Kitchen staff was so nice. Offered to make what ever pizza we wanted cause the case was empty and he had just clocked in. Lady walked in said her car broke down and needed to leave her car til could get it towed. Cashier offered to try to jump the car and the kitchen guy went out side to see if he could help her. Store was clean. Ir was wonderful to see people will to help someone in need.

Stopped to get some food, guy saw me 2 different times standing by counter where foods prepped, didn't acknowledge me, but I guess how could he when he has earphones in, his attitude was just plain out rude. Fryers was down supposedly he said in a bad tone. Just left, do better Casey's, lady at counter greeted from when I walked in, no issue with her, been reading more post, makes since I didn't get acknowledged and fryers off. It's cause I'm not white. I felt that, racist he needs to be fired, anyone of color do not go there!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier. I stopped to used the facilities, and she could tell I was looking for the sign. She pointed me in the right direction. The store was very clean, as well as the restroom. I was in and out within minutes. I felt safe stopping at this location. FYI - Casey's Reward members can get a small coffee for $1.

Staff is usually nice. Bathrooms were horribly dirty. Pizza was decent.

Wanted a sandwich lady was on her cell phone just ignored me so Instead I just grabbed a pizza they all should be fired plus she nasty looking white lady she no who she is plus the 2 ladies was racist but it don't bother me

Went in caseys at 1:20 today. The bathrooms are filthy, the floors are filthy and the donut case was worse than filthy!!!!

Bathrooms fine but small. Gas pump wouldn't print receipt; had to go back inside. Only 1 squeegee for window cleaning. Had dirty(ish) water.

Place was an absolute pig pin. Filthy restrooms, trash and stocked items on floor. Went to get a fountain drink and was just grossed out completely. I've never seen a Casey's as bad as this one.
