Robert made it sound easy did an excellent job talking us through the process and where to start. Robert then worked extremely hard to find the unique stones I envisioned and made them a reality. I was given several options and the ability to see renderings before committing to the actual ring. Such an enjoyable, fun, and easy experience at Betz Jewelers. Seth was amazing to work with (as he always is) making the process seamless and enjoyable! He truly does care about his customers throughout the entire process and beyond!
