Paid for 3- iPhone 15's and it was close to closing so they asked us to come back next day to put screen protectors on and transfer data. The next day we went back and they wanted to charge us $50 a phone to transfer the data. The manager's name Chris spoke up and told the salesman to charge us. After just spending 3k on phones and plans .

I took my phone, purchased new, in March to this store because it was malfunctioning. It is still under warranty. I was having issues will loss of audio. I was told I would be receiving a new replacement phone the next day, which happened as stated. By the time I got home from work, my original phone was functioning without problems. About 5-6 days later, when I had time and this store was open, I returned the new phone, in it's unopened, still sealed box and stated I didn't need it anymore. A man said ok, we'll take care of it. He opened the box, gave me the tracking number and said he would send it back. I rec'd a message stating that the "damaged" phone had been received and (here's where I made my mistake) assumed that the Verizon person who received it would note that it was not my original phone, it was the same phone that was sent to me. Never assume, boys and girls. Then I got my monthly bill with a $40+ increase in my charges for " recent purchases" that I did not make. At no time during my first visit to this store, did anyone tell me that my bill would go up by $40. All I heard the woman say is that I would get a refund for the difference in price, for the new phone, which I later returned because this one decided to start functioning again. I'm NOT paying an extra $40+ per month to Verizon. I will not use Verizon anymore. My current phone is owned by me, completely paid for and I'm taking it elsewhere. Do not use this store. The one on Nifong is better, at least for the fact that they never blatantly ripped me off. If you can avoid Verizon altogether, then do so.

Went to get a prepaid plan. Had to pay twice what was advertised, and the service is Horrible!!! I've been trying for two days to get someone on the phone, and can't get anyone even using wifi phone calls, and to go to their store would cost me another $20 in Lyft fees.The people running this company are thieves.

Do not get a phone here! Do not set up your account to have automatic payment withdrawal!! They WILL commit fraud and access your bank account without permission!! They took 275 from my account today without ANY authorization to do so!! Please stay away from here if u don’t want to be robbed!!

"Something happened" with my text messages. They had changed from MMS to Broadband. I didn't know how it happened or how to fix it. Isaiah changed it back for me almost before I finished telling him what the problem was. Very friendly, and I really appreciate his help.

Took over 4 hours of my time to set up the phone, but wouldn't help me the next day to fix their mistake, because it was 10 minutes after they closed, how ironic.

Great Customer Service. My wife and I needed two new lines switched from U.S. Cellular and an upgraded phone. Walked in and was immediately greeted and seated within a few minutes. This place is a legit set up with associates who know what their doing. Our new plans, bill, phones, transfers, rebates etc were explained in detail. Our Specialist was Korissa. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Always getting the run around! Constantly being told one thing and put on hold and then you get hung up on! They tell you they will call you right back and I’ve been waiting 4 hrs. now and still no call back!! ???
