I went in to upgrade my phone last weekend. The salesman told me the upgrade promo that I wanted was no longer offered and had ended the day prior. He said the only way to get an upgrade credit at that time was by adding a new line to my account and keeping my old phone active on the new line. I told him I didn't want a second phone and phone line, and he again said that was the current promo I needed in order to get the credit.
After leaving the store, I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that the promo I had originally asked for was still offered, and what I was told in the store wasn't true. They were super helpful, but said it would take five days to cancel the new line and re-work my account to get it upgraded as it should have been from the start. I had trouble activating my new phone since I still had the old one active on a new number. Six days and 1 1/2 hours of customer service phone time later, I am back to one line, one phone, and a normal phone bill.
I definitely won't be going back to this location again.

They clearly need to get a number station for when you walk in. I went in and someone told me “we’ll be right with you”. I set my stopwatch and several minutes later a customer comes in after me. An employee comes out from the back and goes straight up to the guy and asks “how can I help you”. Chivalry is dead. The guy should’ve said “she was here before me”. Or the guy should’ve asked “which one of you came in first?” I left and went to a different Verizon. I’ll never be back to this one.

I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years. Popped into the store to buy my daughter a phone for her Birthday. Anthony was my sales rep. Worst experience i have had at a corporate owned store.
Anthony was providing prices that did t match what i was seeing on my app. I left and then Anthony called my cell phone to come back and agreed to price match my online offers. I came back and I bought an iPhone 15 max and paid the initial payment. Their system was having trouble activating my line. He had me call my wife to bring her phone to the store to swap numbers around. While she was on the way to the store i needed to use the restroom quickly and was told to walk to Chick Fil A. I canceled my order and got a refund. Shame on you for not allowing a paying customer the common courtesy to use your restroom. I will never buy a phone from this store again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Service sucks. They will steel your info. Drop your phone and break it acting like it's nothing and send u on your way. Il never be a verizon customer again.

We went to this store hoping to get the best help we could get.. that was something we didn’t receive. We went in trying to add two phones to our lines, after we went and bought two phones outright to be put on our plan we were told a whole bunch of lies. For starters the lady that was “helping” us told us that all of the secondary numbers that were being added to our phones(our current phones and the two we were getting added) were going to be free come to find out that was a lie and it made our phone bill go up to almost $500 because each second number is an extra $10 which is not what we wanted. She also sent us home with two phones that weren’t even working or connected to our phone plan so they had no service to them at all. I will be calling and making them fix their mistake and make phone bill go back to normal. Definitely will be going to the grindstone location from now on.

Paid for 3- iPhone 15's and it was close to closing so they asked us to come back next day to put screen protectors on and transfer data. The next day we went back and they wanted to charge us $50 a phone to transfer the data. The manager's name Chris spoke up and told the salesman to charge us. After just spending 3k on phones and plans .
