“From the minute I talked to Jackie in the sales department. I knew I had a sales person that really cared about her job. It only got better as we talked more and then I went to pick up the vehicle the time she took explaining the truck to me is the most time I’ve ever had a dealer take I have been buying new trucks for the last 20 years at least once every three years this is the best experience I’ve had by far. I would recommend anybody even if you’re not in the area and you have to drive a little bit to try this dealership out. They are awesome to deal with.”
“Car mart worked well for me. My car wasn't ready for a week after purchase, however it seems they're are alot of changes happening within. I understand buying vehicles here that they may have some issues being a used car. Car mart usually works with me to try and get everything fixed and running to keep me on the road. I also didn't buy the cheapest car on the lot. I can't speak for everyone but my experience was not bad.”

“I've wanted to trade in for a while but was looking for a good priced Corsair for a month or so. With having a mediocre experience with Dave Sinclair I tried them again. This time worse. Their service department is great but the sales team...blah. I then searched outside of St louis and found nothing. I remembered seeing Machens sign down the highway taking my cousin back to college. I searched their website and found what I was looking for! Jason Lane is TOP NOTCH! Driving 2 hours from St louis I wanted to make sure everything was correct! I received top dollar for my trade in and they ordered me new mats without asking! In and out within an hour. Worth the drive and will be going back for my next one! Great dealership!”

“I traveled from out of state to purchase a truck from Kyle at Across the creek..I was only about 4 hours away but still far enough to run into problems...I had already test driven the truck, paid and had the keys. About 10 miles down the road and the coolant tank cracked. I was broke down along the road..he came checked it out..had his mechanic grab a new one and put it on. I bought an older truck ..a 1999 so I knew it was as is no warranty..but he took care of it. I myself read these reviews before coming down to purchase anything. The reviews said..as I am sure you have already read..that Kyle and his team are good people. Kyle dealt with me extremely fairly..gave me a good deal and took care of any problems that arose. So if you see something you like I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Kyle.”

“Went out window shopping for a car and finally found this place. We walked around looking at cars and was never bothered which is amazing. We decided to look at 3 different cars .They handed us the keys and let us look at the cars again not bothering us or pressuring us to buy. We ended up buying a little 2015 Chevy Trax. About 2 days later the check engine light came on. I called them just to see if they could check it out and they immediately said bring it in and we will look at it. Turned out to be some sensors and they fixed it! I bought the car as is and they still went out of their way to fix a car they already sold. They were so apologetic and very accommodating during the whole process. If your looking for a good car this is definitely the place to go. If your wanting to try and talk them down on prices don't bother their prices are firm but the cars are worth it! Next time I need a car (which hopefully won't be anytime soon) I will be going back.”

“This is a good place to buy a car. He is solid and tells you what he knows about the vehicle, to the best of his knowledge. He also makes sure that you leave with the appropriate paperwork. He doesn't do financing though, too many people who didn't pay in the past. I would buy from him again.”
