Worst Experience at a phone company ever! The salesmen (one of them being Tristian) will just trick you into a phone contract and adding a bunch of nonsense fee that your pay multiples times. They will promise you that it’s a one time fees but trust me your bill will just continue to get higher and higher. I don’t recommend anyone goes here once you sign up they don’t care

Went inside and asked if they sold tablets. He was happy to help me, but when I said I wasn't looking to set up a line for it, his attitude got very rude. If he isn't allowed to sell me one, that's fine, but he didn't need to be extremely rude about it.

Great customer service today. I was helped by a younger gentleman- He mentioned he recently started- which he resolved the problems I needed assistance with; he did an excellent ? job!

My experience at US Cellular was amazing from start to finish. Tristan greeted me immediately upon walking into the store and let us know about the promotions and got me hooked up. The deal was great and definitely appreciated. If I have any issues I know who to go to.

Tristan was wonderful at the US Cellular on Grindstone. I called this morning at 915 am and he answered my questions honestly and accurately and even had all the things we needed when we got to the store i recommend US Celluar and Tristan to help with your cell phone needs. Great place, good service and the best!!!!!

The manager, Tyrone, is super nice! He answered all of my lengthy questions and did all he could to save me money! I highly recommend the south location as it's small and very personable! Caleb is also great!

Tristan Ziebarth was such a great guy he went through everything even tho I changed my mind like 50 times, he still answered everything and was so nice and very patient and surprisingly very fast getting my new phone ordered and a great discount!
