Thank you to Jessica who assisted us with buying new phones and determining what plan would be the .ost beneficial and economical for us. The store was busy and Jessica and Jen were great about helping each other. The store had a friendly, good feeling due to the interaction of the employees and the customers.

We have had US Cellular service for several years and have usually had good customer service. So we decided to switch from our current carrier to US Cellular to set up our home phone service . Due to a few glitches, it ended up being quite a journey …… however, thanks to Jen’s awesome customer service, management skills and her never ending patience we were finally able to secure service! Jen never took her eye off the goal and kept in touch with us every step of the way.
We would also like to say thanks to Tristan who initially assisted in the process!

My daughter and I came to switch a phone and upgrade another one. I was very impressed with the service, knowledge and patience shown to us from the staff! Definitely recommend this store and their staff for anyone needing help with their cell phone!

Triston has helped me on 3 occasion, 2 different stores. I walked in to Stadium shoppes and he recognized me from another store at least 1 year apart.
