I am so utterly disappointed in US Bank on the business loop..... I have been banking for 15+ years at this facility and up until now the only issue that i have had is the maintenance fees and the non free savings, but those are minor compared to the inconvenience that i have experienced recently due to the virus. I understand that we need to come together during this time and i am all for protecting the public in the best way possible, but if that's the case, we need to offer more convenience for the consumer. The inside of the bank is NOT open at all, the hours of operation are from 9:30-4 ( Most ppl work 9-5 or 6 like myself), you can't actually call them either, the drive thru is ALWAYS backed up, therefore lunch breaks are a no go, AND the ATM doesn't take cash deposits, which is all i needed to do in the first place!!!
