Friendly and helpful staff.Convenient location a few moments from I-70 and behind Kia dealership off of Jackson St.Sell of mobility vehicles and related mobility solutions.Some conversion work can be done on-site such as mobility steering wheel modifications.Wheelchair lift maintenance/service/inspection available.Modest, slightly outdated waiting area with TV.Medium parking lot.

525.00 $ Diagnostic they are not able to explain to me why a diagnostic fee would be that high . Their 24 hour emergency consists of telling you it’s too expensive , they are able to breakdown every negative detail of why they shouldn’t come out to assist . Litterally told me to call a tow truck and good luck . If you want to feel taken advantage of small and insignificant this is the place . I have never in all my dealings walking or not been treated so poorly . Every time I’m forced to deal with the Columbia branch I feel like I’m being extorted and bullied

These guys took the time to show us the vehicles available but we couldn't afford the 80 thousand dollars price tag so we kept looking they even took the time to talk to us about a used van we found elsewhere.. I would absolutely recommend them

Recently purchased a wheelchair accessible van from United Access in Columbia. Had a couple of mechanical problems with the van. But Scott, Scott, and Sean were fantastic. They worked until it was right, even on the weekend. I can not say enough about the fantastic customer service. These 3 guys worked hard to make sure the van was right and I was completely happy. They deserve 10 stars! Thanks again guys!

I purchased a new Bruan lift from United Access, Columbia MO location, and was very pleased with the entire process. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. They installed the lift in a new van and did an excellent job. They were very fair with their prices, accommodating with scheduling, and did an excellent job installing the lift. I will recommend United Access to everyone. Thank you for everything Columbia team.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, a great vehicle that met all of our needs to accommodate my wheelchair, and the United access team went above and beyond to pick us up at the airport and accommodate our return of the vehicle outside of normal business hours.
