“These guys do great work and stand behind it. I had my transmission rebuilt by them. 5,000 miles down the road started having a few issues. They willingly took it back in. It was difficult to diagnose the problem, but they spent the time and got it figured out. They then got my car fully repaired and back to me in a timely manner. Great work Rick! I came in with an emergency needing my transmission fixed by the end of the week since I needed to my car to move. They were all super understanding and helpful. They gave me a free estimate, and got it done in only a few days. The price was also super reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't already know I needed. The car runs great now, I had no problems driving it off the lot, and they gave me a 1 year warranty for the transmission in case there are any issues. Great work!”
“Anytime I need any maintenance or repairs done on my car I take it to GAPS. My car(2015 Ford Taurus SHO) recently had the transmission go out. They worked with my extended warranty company to get a replacement, found a leak in the valve cover gasket and fixed it also replaced spark plugs and a defective ignition coil. GAPS is always awesome to work with and the whole team is great! Special thanks to Trent who I worked with most. I will be coming back when I have any automotive issues.”
