“What a pleasant and painless inspection. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Most impressive thing I've seen in a shop so far though was the gentleman using the automatic floor sweeper during the day and noticing how spotless the floors of the shop were. If they put that much pride into that task I think I'm going to trust them quite a bit with my vehicles.”

“My truck broke down on a Saturday while driving across the country. They came out and even drove us by the hotel before dropping the truck off at the dealer so we could unload our truck.
The service was very helpful and friendly.
After not getting help at the dealership I called and asked where a good place to get my truck repaired. They sent me to a great repair shop and then towed me there. They went beyond just towing to get me the help I needed.
Would recommend them for all of your towing needs.

“Not from the Columbia area, I had low tire pressure in a tire (nail in tire), I asked some local City of Columbia workers where to take my SUV. All of them said Mike’s Total Service.
They were right in the money. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and they were even busy (super bonus - he was super nice). You don’t get service like this. I will definitely be back to replace all 4 tires. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“Omg!!! Love this place… don’t let the look turn you away…I bought 4 new tires at Firestone had to take it back 3 times to 2 different store in 2 different states and so I decided to stop in fast lane and they fixed the tire balancing perfect and did a alignment and it drives straight as a arrow…. Thanks to these guys here my car is back riding smooth and straight… never again will I use Firestone… and as you can see in the photo this is firestones definition of balance and found out firestone did counterweights which I found out your not supposed to do…I’ll drive the 3.5 hrs down here from iowa before I’ll go back to Firestone… oh and did I mention this place has used tires as well in case your in a pinch.. great service, knowledgeable staff… thanks guys….”

“Tyler responded to our stalled-out car very quickly and rescued us from rush hour traffic. He brought us to Mutrux and we were back on the road in no time. Tyler was super kind and helpful, and even took care to keep our anxious dogs comfortable in the back seat during tow.
