Was on a grad school tour and looked at apartments in the down time. These are super close to campus and super super well priced for the accommodations and closeness. You're living nice for a student, but you wouldn't pay for it like other places.

In the first few months of our lease, there was severe water damage that then became a pest control issue and the room was inhabitable for a period of time due to pest control and room repairs.
Later in the year we had put in a maintenance request in that our fridge was not working at all and it took 6+ days to get fixed, causing all of our food to go bad. As a college student throwing away days worth of food is a major financial burden.
Then my bathtub wouldn’t drain for 3+ days so I had to shower in a different bathroom.
In june my apartment was broken into. an individual kicked down the locked door hard enough to break the entire door frame. The door to enter the building did not require a key fob for 3+ months, allowing anyone off the street access into the building. Building security cameras did not extend to the residential areas and the outside door still does not close and lock when someone exits.
The location was ideal for school, but the amount of rent I paid was much too high for everything I encountered!

Lived here this past school year with my friends. The apartment its self was great and had plenty of space, pool was nice and staff were helpful. Our units air condition went out over the winter and it was fixed in a couple week. My only real complaint here was there limited parking spaces for residents as well as the price of parking. Other than that I had a great experience. If you plan on bringing a car I recommend you talk to the staff directly. Elevators are also very slow plan ahead.

Todd is a super great place to be. I have had such good experiences with the staff here and I really enjoy the pool area. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!

Ownership doesn't work with you when major health issues arise. My son had major health issues in March, after signing a lease in Jan. We alerted Todd, that he wouldn't be able to live in the apartment for the upcoming school year due to his health (5 months prior to move in date). They refused to let us out of the lease or even give us a discounted rate (which they do offer on occasion for signing leases) Absolutely, wouldn't recommend due to lack of empathy or simple human decency.
