We had an account that I needed to close due to some changes that happened with my family. Ally was the third person I spoke to and took care of me and helped me get everything I needed done. The first two employee's were kind, but Ally went above and beyond to help me out and I am very grateful for her costumer service.

Nick Cox at Bluff Creek Tigers Community Credit Union is one of the best loan officers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His professionalism, urgency, and commitment to helping showed me I was a valued and respected client. He got to know me and asked great questions in regards on how to get me into the vehicle I really wanted, and he made it happen! If you are in need of any type of loan, I highly recommend Nick. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with his commitment to help.

Run away if you can. Definitely not recommended. Their customer service has gone downhill.My credit card expired at the end of November 2022 and I am yet to receive the new one. Every time I call, I am told they are late with their shipment. Two weeks ago, I was told the card had been mailed and today, I called once again and was told my card is still in PRODUCTION and that they can't tell me when I will receive it. No one even bothered to inform me. Ridiculous!

I started out with this banking institution 6 years ago. Amazing employee's! Little by little they were replaced with new staff. I encountered a situation where an employee came from ST. Louis and provided the absolute worse service that I have ever experienced by Tigers Community Credit Union. I expressed how I was displeased with my service and the staff member proceeded to smirk and tell me, well, thank you for your input in a very sarcastic manner. While I intended to contact the Branch Manager I never did. My most recent experience consisted of completing a home loan. I was in the process of selling my home and applied through the bank for a home loan. The loan officer was amazing at first... After completing the application she provided me with a letter expressing how much I qualified for and that I could begin searching for my home. I found a home that I was interested in after 3 months of looking. She told me I needed to reapply as so much time had gone by and since I didn't purchase the initial home I was interested in they needed to have me complete a new application for each home that I put in an offer to purchase. TAt this time the interest rates had went up since my last application, which she kindly reminded me. I completed the application and received an email. form her. She expressed that things would be very different this time around as underwriting had gotten on to her due to the way she submitted the last application. I provided information that she requested, which was basic information and didn't hear back. I emailed her several times and asked for a specific time in which we could schedule a time to talk since we could not . She never provided a time and so I kept attempting to call and we would miss each others call. I was running out of time in terms of having to move out of my home and someone put an offer in on the home I was interested in. Not the best situation during COVID times. After leaving a work meeting to catch her call, I expressed that I was frustrated because I was on the verge of being homeless. The Loan officer immediately began to rant about her busy schedule and her father busting his head open and having to have stitches. I expressed that I was sorry for her fathers injury and I knew her schedule was busy, as every home I looked at was snatched off the market within the day, it is a busy season. I also expressed that as a customer, I deserved to be treated and talked to better and if she couldn't do that, perhaps someone else needed to assist me in my home buying process. I expressed perhaps we need to get off the phone and try and have this conversation again later. She called me back 30 minutes later and apologized for her behavior. We sat and talked for 30 minutes, revisiting our previous conversation and her sharing what else I needed to provide before being able to have approval. At that moment I stopped house looking and worked specifically on getting the rest of the documentation needed. I went through this back and forth phone call process for 3 more weeks of her telling me underwriting will not provide anything until I had pay off amounts for certain bills, at which I kept asking her what bills she was referring to that need to be paid off. Needless to say, communication just stopped. These two experiences were enough for me to search for a new banking institution. Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for a home should be a pleasant experience with your lender. I think this lending institution could really take some time to reevaluate how they should show up for the people they serve, this is not a business I would ever choose to do business with again.

First time dealing with this bank. Got my car loan through here. I am trying to make my first payment. I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. Not only have I been on hold but it is a $15 fee to make my payment over the phone or a $7 fee to make one online unless I have a SEPARATE account with them. Ok cool got it. Downloaded the app to try and get it taken care of quicker as I am still on hold. The app crashed twice. Going to refinance somewhere else as soon as humanly possible. 12/10 DONT RECOMMEND

Can't find anyone to help me...been on hold for 30 minutes and also online help is too busy. Ridiculous! Horrible customer service. How can a company continue to do business with such horrible practices....???

I would rate this place zero if I could. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and just this past weekend, Madeline, a worker for the union, had my car towed claiming I was blocking parking for the employees when there always only two working at a time. She was extremely rude and ornery. Never in the three years have I had an issue with the place and now Madeline towed my car? Yes do not do business with them. Utter trash customer service.

I was in a frazzle when I came in to the bank. A young man waited on me and tried to help me out with a shared banking transaction. I then realized I did not have the cash to pay him. That is when the sweetest young lady came up and helped out. I had to leave and come back. I really wish I had paid more attention to their names. When I returned they both greeted me with a smile and I completed my transaction. I left feeling that they had treated me with warmness and respect. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

TCCU is the biggest joke of a financial institution I've ever seen. Consistently taking advantage of its customers. Incredibly inconvienent. I regret ever opening an account with this institution. .

Went in this morning to switch ownership on a student club account. I did not know that I had to have official letterhead from the university stating that we were switching over. I asked a simple question as to why we needed that document. Instead of answering politely the manager on duty snapped back at me. Not a great way to start out your day.

We love banking at Tigers Community Credit Union. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We use the mobile deposit, making it easy to deposit checks without runnnig to the bank. We switch all our banking to them last winter. Thanks for all the help and always being there for our banking needs.
