We were driving through Columbia Missouri from Colorado. We had a lot of bugs on our car and stopped at the nearby Club Car Wash. The staff explained our options for a car wash and sprayed the entire car before sending it through the car wash. The result was awesome! No bugs anywhere! The professionalism, patience and effectiveness of the staff is greatly appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
When will Club Car Wash come to Colorado? We need you?

I had been warned about this and didn't think it would happen to me, however my car was damaged in the Columbia mall car wash. It went over the track and damaged my front grill. The customer service was not only matter of fact extremely rude on the phone they claim no fault. They stated I was on my phone, in which I was after it happened and my window was rolled down talking to them. I was on there to take a picture of what happened. What does being on the phone have to do with your car jumping the track? It was a very scary incident. I will clearly never use them again.

I enjoy taking my vehicle’s to Club Car Wash. The employees are always friendly and ready to work. My vehicles come out clean and dry. I have no complaints with them, they do a great job. I’ve been cleaning my vehicles there for over 2 years.

Broke my back taillight on trunk, $600 damage and they denied paying. DON'T EVER USE THEM AS THEY DON'T PAY DAMAGES!!

This is the worst car wash service ever. I went and paid for one month and I used my card for payment and they never said I would have to cancel any membership and were charging my card without my permission monthly. I called customer service and they basically told me to bad on getting my money back and that all I could do is cancel my membership and maybe get a gift card….. I said no I want a refund they said no to bad for me…… I would not recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a MVP monthly membership with Club Car Wash for years. I was excited when they bought the Columbia Mall Car Wash as the full service option there complimented their other locations. Very disappointed to learn today that they have just changed this location to self service only. With the Nifong location also converted to self service, they now no longer have any full service locations in Columbia. I tried self service at this location today and the wash quality was inferior to some of their other locations. Without full service, you might as well drive a little further to their Scott Blvd location for a better wash. I like Club Car Wash but they have a monopoly in Columbia and need some competition, especially one with a full service option.
