Sean was very helpful from the beginning, as I needed boxes to make my aromatherapy eye pillows shine on the shelf. He gave me pricing and information for a few different options and was transparent about all details, no hidden fees, etc. I was looking for custom boxes for a while already and had dealt with a couple possible scams so I was relieved to have such an awesome & easy experience with this company. I can say that we are loyal to this company thanks to going through a long and complicated initial order but receiving the kindest and most patient customer support through it. We worked with them to order a box sleeve but there were problems that we couldn’t solve each time we submitted our art work. Paul was extremely patient through this process and went above and beyond to resolve it. In the end, we’ve had enough learnings that our second order was extremely smooth. The response, production, and shipping times have been super fast and we received a high quality order each time. Highly recommended.

This was my first time dealing with this company. Paul Smith was very fast getting my boxes designed for me. Once I approved the design it immediately went to print. I'm very pleased with the product they sent me and it even arrived 3 days early ! This is my go to company for my paper packaging company from here on out. And you can't beat the pricing.
