I don't know what happened, this was once a great bank with fantastic staff who provided top notch service. Over the past few years the service has become mediocre. Closing the lobby is a major inconvenience and the service at the drive through varies from mediocre to terrible. A week ago the drive through was closed when I arrived to make a deposit - I assume there was a technical glitch or a staffing issue... Anyway I just can't recommend Callaway Bank, unless you can do everything online which is something that seems to work well.

I work with them on a business account and have nothing but great customer service. They have quickly and effectively helped me with any question or concern I might have. Brian at this branch has been especially helpful.

75% of the people at this place are rude, unprofessional, and/or condescending. The management doesn't care and doesn't respond to complaints. I grimace whenever I have to call them, afraid that "Nick" will be the one to pick up, he likes to argue with the customers and he's also extremely unprofessional in every way there is. He's the worst, but he's far from the only one, it emanates from the top management all the way through the organization.Additionally, they don't listen to their customers at all. All their talk about hometown values and small town attitude are just talk, they're way worse than the big banks.Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank.

This has been the worst bank I have ever been to the online banking works about 1% of the time and the telbanking never work and you must have pin that no one knows about and I can’t even go to the bank to figure out all this stuff because it is “by appointment only” I will be changing my bank this weekend.

I love banking with the Callaway Bank but these hours are very inconvenient, especially without an ATM to deposit checks and cash.

They don't have lobby hours at this bank anymore, everyone inside just sits there doing nothing while you stand at the locked door. Which is really weird, as there were always people using the lobby. I would conjecture that maybe Callaway is having difficulty since they're obviously cutting service back drastically, but that's complete conjecture on my part. Unfortunately, after several years, we'll be moving our accounts elsewhere.

Hours say opens 9am Saturdays. Standing at the front door at 10 after watching the tellers sit and talk. Doors locked

Ted Campbell, the mortgage loan officer at this location does a tremendous job. I am a Realtor and have done many,many loans with him. He never gives up. If there is a way to get the loan done, he will find it. His communication skills are superb and so there are never any surprises.
